5.0 classic
American Football American Football
Black Flag My War
I don't know.. I prefer My War than Damaged. I know it must sound weird but maybe it has to do with the fact that I started with this album. Opening song is just toooooo good. Agreed that it kinda drags at the end, but it's still a classic.

Blue Hawaii Untogether
It's a major change from their previous album. I've listened to Blooming Summer around 100 times because it's really soothing and makes me sleep well. I was kinda shocked when I first heard their 2nd album, it was like nothing they've done before. In Blooming Summer, all songs to me were recognizable. However, with Untogether, all songs have more of an abstract vibe. Some songs are really distinct like "try to be" which is just beautiful. But as a whole, the album just takes you in some kind of dream bubble. I really listen to it for the atmosphere, I don't listen to it because I want to listen to a particular song, I just want to be immersed in its atmosphere. After several listens, I give it a 4. Might go up, who knows.rUpdated: gave it a 4,5 I just can't stop listening to it.

Incredibly solid piece of grindcore. They stepped up their game especially on the song writing. They are some really groovy songs on that as well. I hope to see them live one day.

This album is so good. AGATG came back real hard with an album that delivers to the fans of their older stuff as well as their most recent stuff. AGATG isn't for everyone which is great because the band isn't there to please everyone either. They're just a bunch of guys doing what they like. This time with twice as much energy. They brought back dual vocals, kept their goofiness and snappy techno parts. IMO one of the only non boring deathcore bands.

Earl Sweatshirt I Don't Like Shit, I Don't Go Outside
An album painted with cynicism in all aspects, from the album cover art, lyrics to the production. The lo-fi atmosphere adds to the anti-social mindset of Earl. A very mature and straight to the point LP. Earl opens up on his recent darker moments of his life and leaves no filler.

They need to expand the themes of their songs or else they're gonna die out soon enough. Still a great piece of album, just disappointed about the lyrics again.

2.0 poor
Tyler, the Creator Cherry Bomb
Perhaps Tyler should've gone full on production and leave the vocals for other artists. He proved us time after time that he can make decent stuff musically but keeps getting set back by his boring and repetitive lyrical content. Tyler as a rapper hasn't progressed since Bastard imo but his music production surely did. Maybe it's time to stop being the center of attention and be the man behind the scenes.

1.5 very poor
