4.5 superb
Cheap Trick One On One
A very underrated album. This is probably Cheap Trick at its heaviest and loudest since their debut. I don' t hear anything wrong with that. A great power pop/metal album. Certainly kills a lot of those terrible hair bands of the late 80's!
Metallica Kill 'Em All
Metallica ...And Justice For All
Ozzy Osbourne Diary Of A Madman
Riot Rock City
A great album by a criminally underrated band. "Warrior" is a proto thrash/power metal number that still holds well even today. No other bands at that time (except maybe Judas Priest) played with this speed and intensity. The production is really great considering the year (1977), all instruments sound loud and clear. Mark Reale is one of metal's unsung heroes. His tasteful soloing easily predates that of Randy Rhoads and vocalist Guy Speranza could've been one of metal's most definitive frontmen. Do yourselves a favor and check "rock city" today!

Drakkar Quest for Glory
These guys ripped a Mexican band off even with the cover art! Sure, these guys play like a thousand times better but I hate it when I see a bigger band ripping a smaller one off.
