5.0 classic
Alice Cooper Trash
Alice Cooper Hey Stoopid
Immolation Providence
Imperanon Stained
This is one of the albums I totally love. It has not one bad song on it and with 'Shadowsouls' one of the greatest songs I ever heard in this genre. There is not much that comes close to this.
Morbid Angel Altars of Madness
Mors Principium Est ...And Death Said Live
A perfect album in my opinion. Great melodies meet pure aggression an you can hear the passion for music while the musicians play.
Nile In Their Darkened Shrines
The first album from NILE I rate with full score. Every song is a phenomenal monolith of Death Metal music.
Nile Annihilation of the Wicked
The most melodic NILE album to date. Songs like 'User Maat-Re' and 'Lashed to the slave stick' are heaven sent. Technical Death Metal in perfection.
Nile Ithyphallic
One of the most heard albums of my collection and the one I got to know this amazing band. It absolutely blew my mind. My fave is 'The essential salts'.
Nile Legacy Of The Catacombs
This band has so many cool stuff written. This compilation is completely great. Even though not all of my faves made it into the tracklist.

4.5 superb
Alice Cooper Constrictor
Bon Jovi Slippery When Wet
Good lord. Have a look at the tracklist. This album is absolutely great and has many classics on it. Additional I would say 'Raise your hands' and 'Wild in the streets' are not mentioned enough in my opinion.
Bon Jovi Keep The Faith
It may not be the best album from this band, but it's the one I most listened to until now. 'Dry County' and 'Blame it on the love of Rock 'n' Roll' are jewels!
Green Carnation Light of Day, Day of Darkness
One of the best albums ever written. The doom fits so great with the warmth the melodies bring into this musical diamond. It's not easy to do just an ONE HOUR SONG and keep the attention of the listener. Green Carnation did very well on this masterpiece!
Hate Embraced The art of devastation
Modern and brutal with very deep growling. It may be called Deathcore, but there are so many traditional Death Metal influences on it. Has to be discovered!!!
Immolation Majesty and Decay
Morbid Angel Domination
Nile Black Seeds of Vengeance
Have you guys heard this grinding titletrack? Enough said, I think.
Nile Amongst the Catacombs of Nephren-Ka
First full-length-album for the band. Rough, brutal, atmospheric. Using traditional instruments and all that foreign stuff makes this album special. What a talented band.

4.0 excellent
Alice Cooper Raise Your Fist and Yell
Bon Jovi New Jersey
At the time this album came out, you can grab any of the outputs of BON JOVI and always get quality and interesting songwriting. It would be sad if songs like 'Born to be my baby' were never written.
Bon Jovi Crossroad
There were some really great songs of this amazing artist to be found on this compilation. If there is someone existing who never heard this band, this CD is quite optimal to get introduced into this New Jersey-based band.
Damnation Plan The Wakening
Interesting combination of clean vocals and growling. But all in all there is a little missing to make this album a highlight.
Devourment Conceived in Sewage
It was no surprise that DEVOURMENT would get to a higher level. I really like the sound and the evil vibe that dwell within these songs of pure fucking Death Metal. Nothing extremely special, but an album to enjoy.
Dying Fetus Grotesque Impalement
First time I heard this band with the title song of this EP. What can I say? I immediately fell in love with the sound of this great US band. The cover artwork is amazing. Just the bonus tracks irritate a little. But in the end they are fun, too. Thumbs up!
Eternal Tears of Sorrow Saivon Lapsi
Absolutely good album, but I miss a song in the style of 'Tears of autumn rain' or 'Red dawn rising' on it. On this album is a pearl to be found. Listen to 'Sound of silence' and you know what I mean.
Immolation Here in After
Kataklysm The Mystical Gate of Reincarnation
Oh how I enjoy the vocals on this album. I mean, Maurizio is a good vocalist, but the growling on this EP is massive. KATAKLYSM have the attitude of "fuck tomorrow, my time is today" and I think, you can hear this aggression on "The mystical gate of reincarnation" very well.
Lita Ford Dangerous Curves
This is one of my faves from LITA FORD and I really enjoy songs like 'Playing with fire' and 'Shot of poison'. It remembers me always of good times hangin' around with friends. Not every song on it is a classic one, but when it comes to rating her voice it leaves me with a smile.
Morbid Angel Covenant
Nile Those Whom the Gods Detest
Oh my god. How cool can a band get at all? 'Permitting the noble dead to descend to the underworld' is only one of the "out of this world"-compositions of these guys from South Carolina. The only thing I don't like on this album is the guy in tower calling them to pray. Sounds so weird.
Nile At The Gate of Sethu
A great piece of music. As always. The sound changed a little and I still don't know my true feelings about it. In the end the compositions are the most important thing and you guys out there know about the quality of this band. Can't be worse at all.
Sulphur Aeon Swallowed by the Ocean's Tide
Songs with a symphonic but brutal character. The perfection of some song parts are a blast, but there is a little problem with the sound. Feel free to play a little with your equalizer and change the sound the way you want it to be. This can make the difference of you're likin' it or not.
Vorum Poisoned Void
Sounds a litlle swedish and US-style as well. But it's coming from Finland. Interesting thing... hmm...

3.5 great
Alice Cooper The Last Temptation
Bon Jovi Bon Jovi
The debut of an (Hard) Rock superstar and vocalist, who is doing a great job in writing songs, that had to be remembered. 'Runaway' and 'She don't know me' are only two of them. Check them out!
Bon Jovi 7800° Fahrenheit
'Only lonely' and 'Tokyo Road' are songs I listen to for years. Never had bad feelings about his album, even if 'Silent Night' is a little irritating.
Leviathan (DE) The Aeons Torn
These guys sound a little like WINTERSUN. I like that feeling the songs have, but when it comes to the clean vocals it's a little hard to listen to this album.
Metallica ...And Justice for All
Ok, let's face it. "And justice for all" was a good album. But there are some problems. The sound is a little crappy and the bass guitar is missing. Next thing is the length of the songs. Some of them would be more interesting without making every song an epic. My fave is 'One'. No doubt about it!
Nile In The Beginning
Simply the two EPs "Festivals of atonement" and "Ramses bringer of war" put out on one disc. There is one holy piece on this CD and it's called 'Wrought'. What a melody-line! The other thing is, that I like this version of 'Die Rache - Krieg Lied der Assyriche" much more than the one of the first album. Both great, but this one is classic to me.

3.0 good
Alice Cooper Killer
Alice Cooper School's Out
Alice Cooper Welcome To My Nightmare
Alice Cooper Alice Cooper Goes to Hell
Alice Cooper Billion Dollar Babies
Alice Cooper Muscle of Love
Bon Jovi These Days
This is one of the BON JOVI albums I don't like very much. Sure it has some quality stuff on it (especially 'Something For The Pain'), but the rest of the album is nothing compared to other albums of this artist.
Darkthrone Ravishing Grimness
The only song that I really got into is 'Claws of time' that really should be heard. Of course this album has many fans and in the end it is just a question of taste.
Immolation Failures for Gods
In Utero Cannibalism Sick
Quite good Death Metal with a cool oldschool vibe. The drums are a little too loud in my opinion. That causes that some of the killer riffs doesn't shine as bright as they should.
Nile Worship the Animal (1994 the Lost Recordings)
Nice that NILE have done this remastered version of the first demo tape. It sounds now a lot better and you can already witness the talent of the musicians. Some songs may need some time to get used to, but all in all it's cool musik.

2.5 average
Alice Cooper Love It To Death
Alice Cooper DaDa

2.0 poor
Alice Cooper Along Came a Spider
Alice Cooper Zipper Catches Skin
Metallica Load
The beginning of the end in my opinion. This band has released some really classics. 'Load' was the first album that had this weird change in the style. After the highlight "Metallica" (also known as the "Black Album") it was a disaster to me. But there is one song I like on this album: 'Mama Said'. This was unusual as hell for a band like the former gods of Thrash Metal.
