	Dance Gavin Dance Downtown Battle Mountain II Overall, I enjoyed the album. I can, however, tell that Jonny Craig and Jon Mess were mostly beholden to their label with this album; if the following line in "Spooks" doesn't explicitly state that, I don't know what does: "capitalize when you dumb it down." With that in mind, I feel the rest of the album can be seen as an obvious ploy to keep the new listeners they gained during the band's time with Kurt Travis. Having been a fan since the first Battle Mountain, I have seen a new breed of DGD fans who less enjoy the band's complex, metal-influenced instrumentation and Jonny Craig's cryptic lyrics, and more readily understand Travis' simpl	3.5 04.28.11
