MarsKid never to try and band-aid fix things. If you are hurting--I don't want to presume too much since I don't know you well, but it seems you are--there are those that will try to take advantage of that vulnerability if they gain something from it. If you know they aren't good for you, trust your gut; they are NOT worth it. You have to acknowledge that you deserve better--which means, again, don't consistently be down on yourself, call yourself a sh*tty person, etc. This is a point where you can grow as a person and learn from a mistake. If the relationship is, for whatever reason, not fulfilling, you should think about why that is, and you should definitely talk to your significant other about it unless you feel like the passion is gone. MarsKid Well first off, please do not beat yourself up too much. You know you've made a mistake, you've admitted it to yourself and you're aware. It doesn't accomplish anything to insult yourself; what matters most is acknowledging what happened, understanding it was wrong, and taking steps to address it.
