 | DoofDoof Do you listen to any jangle pop type indie? Next weeks album by The Tubs is a big release for me, will probably end up top 5 of the year along with Lambchop, Bill Callahan and Boards of Canada. That is my one 2026 rec for you!

| DoofDoof Sepultura might be the best of the lot....the longest time I would have put Metallica top of the big commercial thrash acts but now maybe 1. Sepultura 2. Megadeth 3. Metallica 4. Slayer 5. Anthrax

| DoofDoof I am saying the best Lambchop album since Is a Woman, I think every song on it is at least excellent and there is real emotion carrying through the whole record. Bolt Thrower I need to get into more but I do rate what I have heard highly, I think back in the day I was put off by the Warhammer album covers ! Bleach rules and yeah, it is a lot more raw, does straddle that line with metal or grind at times.

 | Futures among the living is such a blast man. really hope you enjoy it. anthrax gets a lot of undue s***, if you dig more punky/crossover thrash you will love it. scott ian is a hell of a riffwriter too. and really looking forward to your thoughts on sound of heaven! 88 is like the peak of thrash so good choice. recently i've been continuing my thrash binge, really getting into exodus and sodom. very different thrash but both bands are awesome. exodus are so much fun.
