Less Than Jake In with the Out Crowd
This is a different Less than Jake from what we used to know. Less than Jake aren't bad , they just aren't good anymore. Which puts them inbetween as average. It is very sad to see a good Ska band turn to pop, they have lost many old fans and I can't see them winning many new ones with this current sound.		2.5

Lamb of God Ashes of the Wake
I love this band. But the album as a whole just does not do it for me. Sadly the drumming doesn't do it for me either, it seems to lack in comparison to the drums. It pains me to give such a awsome band this rating but the album doesn't in full does not desere anything higher.		3.5

Dream Theater Octavarium
This was the first Dream Theater album I heard and wasn't the last. Between Octavartium and Train of thought there is a change in style, with Train of thought rocking more and Octavarium less so. Despite this the playing on the album is masterful and a joy to listen to, less can be said for the vocals though which are cringe worthy at times. Combining this with some of the duller tracks makes the album weaker as a whole, although this album has some moments similar to the Train of though album which makes it worth listening to.		4.0

Children of Bodom Are You Dead Yet?
This is the only CoB album I have heard and I have been told it is very different to any of their previous stuff, I don't see how people can slate this.When a band changes their style their will always be the "Purists" that attack the album. This album deserves the 4.5 just for the Britney Spears cover. Good from the start to the very end. 		4.0

Soundtrack (Film) South Park (Original Soundtrack)
One of the best comedy albums ever! It doesn't get a higher rating simply because it is a comedy album. I also felt the covers were a bit weak.		4.0

Rise Against The Sufferer and the Witness
A very good album overall with some excellent tracks. This album is solid overall. The main problem I have with this album is that the stand out tracks do not compare to some of their other stuff, but then again this isn't to much of a problem for a band of this calibre. The sound and style etc. remains as before but slightly less hitting. Change is good but not when you have such a kick-ass band like Rise Against.		4.0

Children of Bodom Follow the Reaper
I downloaded this after hearing "Are you dead yet" and how glad was I that I did?This is possibly the best metal I have ever heard. This album came so very very close to being a 5 but I felt a 4.5 was more adequate. It has a non-death metal fan hooked. A melodic masterpiece of metal.		4.5
