 | Wilt Hey thanks so much for insight to making new lists - I'm totally up to doing another one, just not with the exact list I'd set out to make.
 | Veldin I am! I?ve seen their name for years and recently decided to jam their newest album, thought it was a lot of fun and saw their huge, varied discog. Thanks for the recs and encouragement! I am excited for that run of albums and whichever albums have prog and metal influence. OCS 1-4 were fine lo fi freak folk albums but Masters Bedroom was the first one to have immediate stand out tracks I?ve returned to.

 | Muzz79 Yeah mate played it and its good/
 | Dewinged Feversea is really ****ing good.
 | Muzz79 Fair enough as well. u on rym?
 | Muzz79 Great list mate. Are you not rating albums here anymore?
 | Dewinged Just heard the first track of that Vanishing Kids album and floored. Really ****ing good. Will make space for it tomorrow. Tx for the rec !
 | Muzz79 That strange new dawn is def my 2023 favorite, something special about it. Maybe try Defenders of faith, High Strangeness and Sons of galaxy. All top notch imo but apart from you completely ignored on this site ha. I?ll continue rating albums on rym my user name there is Melodeth
 | necropig Haven't actually gotten round to it yet but I'll check soon
 | Willie Ha ha. I work 8 hours a day at a job where I can just listen to new music while I work. As for the low ratings, I've actually been thinking about that. I think I've finally reached the age where I enjoy my old music more than I enjoy most new music. I mean, I still like new stuff but it doesn't excite me the way it new stuff used to.
 | Flugmorph ok twitch simp (i love nyanners too don't make me choose though you bischarse)
 | eloimayano Ahah make sense ! Long, slow and going nowhere, just like this season ;). Cheers !
 | tectactoe Man, my apologies, I just now am seeing your shoutbox on my page. Somehow I never saw a notification for it and didn't notice it until now. But to (belatedly) answer your question - yes, the customizable RYM charts are my primary source for finding new stuff still. Fiddling with genre tags and searching deep within the lists. That, and recommendations from people I trust, mostly!!
 | naughtcturnal checking now. thanks for the heads up! always looking for new stuff to listen to
 | pizzamachine My first thought was After Forever?s self-titled album. Defs try Imaginaerum by Nightwish. Epica too. Try Elysion, Xandria, Tristania
 | Hawks Hell yeah just found that Khonsu album today. m/
 | Hawks Have you ever jammed Eucharist??? Try them out if you haven't.
 | Hawks Hell yeah bro! Will look at that list later and get back to you lol.
 | Storm In A Teacup Nice! Their vocals became more commercialized later on which I prefer with them. Some real gems throughout the discog. Rutherford Experiment song has no vox might like that impromptu jam.
 | BallsToTheWall Honestly the Hecker adore was pretty minimalist. Didn?t realize it was him untilAfter but still was enjoyable.
 | Storm In A Teacup Hey since you listen to fusion and like metal stuff I thought would rec the band Candiria album 300 percent density. Maybe try the song Without Water as a sample to see if you are interested.

 | TheNotrap Regarding reviews, you don't need to dib an album to dive into a review ;) go for it
