  • TalonsOfFire Ouch that Distance Over Time rating haha
    March 4 11:45 AM
  • TalonsOfFire This is one that I love: /watch?v=icDr0XfVmuk
    March 4 11:44 AM
  • TalonsOfFire I get that, you might like their 2000s albums even more. They?re more ambitious and Talk Talk influenced, with King Crimson band members contributing too.
    March 4 11:42 AM
  • TalonsOfFire Cool, I'll listen soon. You ever jam this? /review/60201/No-Man-Speak/ It's a great side project of Steven Wilson with Tim Bowness, and this album in particular is reminiscent of Gone to Earth by David Sylvian imo
    February 28 01:16 PM
  • YakNips ah okay i've just been working on an album in that vein and was wondering if you wanted a feature, if not that's cool tho
    February 27 12:33 AM
  • Jasdevi087 I enjoy the textures on Confield (especially the percussion in the first song, it has a really interesting feeling on the ears). But idk Autechre have never really "grabbed" me, like I kind of get exhausted if i try to listen to them but then they're too distracting to have on in the background
    February 26 09:05 PM
  • YakNips hey man are you still making any rap/hip hop stuff?
    February 20 10:44 PM
  • theYearis1999 Dude this s*** rips it just keeps pounding. Loving it so far.
    February 18 11:14 AM
  • TalonsOfFire Yea I think I saw Seal mentioned in a review of yours actually, probably Prefab Sprout haha along with Sade. I listened to an album from each and really enjoyed them. I'll get to Seal II soon, and more Sade cause they're amazing too.
    February 8 08:27 PM
  • TalonsOfFire I've been listening to tons of Prefab Sprout lately, and sometimes it makes me think of Lightbulb Sun by Porcupine Tree, and the new Steven Wilson album To the Bone. You ever heard either of those? You might enjoy; I see you like In Absentia and Hand Cannot Erase in your ratings. The song "Nowhere Now" from To the Bone in particular sounds influenced by Paddy.
    February 8 08:15 PM
  • Supercoolguy64 brainiac was/is a great band, electro shock is like one of the few synth punk things to not go full blown screamers lol. i see you 4.5'd EP7 as well
    February 1 01:05 PM
  • Dmax28 Man thanks for that Psykosonik soundoff. I'm so glad I found that album. You are right. It's so damn off the chain. I can play that on repeat.
    January 19 01:18 AM
  • xxm Thanks for noticing!
    January 16 06:22 PM
  • CaptainDooRight thanks hass
    January 7 03:09 PM
  • MrSirLordGentleman Thanks!, I'm digging it. Great artwork btw!
    January 6 02:59 PM
  • DoofDoof You do know Simply Red were everywhere in the late '80s in England? The most mainstream act going, and my parents used to play them all the time, and as much as I appreciate them a little more now I can never totally embrace too much Hucknall. The debut is damn good for what it is though.
    January 2 09:22 AM
  • mindleviticus sweet i'll check it out soon!
    December 27 08:34 PM
  • SadSquad hey bro
    December 21 10:15 AM
  • TalonsOfFire Nice, I'll check it out soon
    December 20 11:27 AM
  • bgillesp Idk if I'll get to this one but I will try to check one of your solo ones before the end of the year
    December 17 10:01 PM
  • Jasdevi087 ayy bruv been awhile, just want you to know my lazy ass always catches up on your s*** during year end list season
    December 14 02:49 AM
  • TalonsOfFire You ever listened to Tears for Fears? Their album The Seeds of Love has a similar ambition and style that Prefab Sprout and mid 80s Talk Talk had, I bet you?d enjoy it a lot.
    December 12 11:47 AM
  • Evok Ill defs be checking that out bro!
    December 11 11:39 AM
  • Evok thanks bro!! got a new one in the works too
    December 11 10:34 AM
  • DoofDoof I need to catch up with your releases, cheers. Yeah, I was a bit on the fence with that album threatens to be really good! Never quite delivers
    December 10 02:33 PM
  • Evok that Black Barrel LP just keeps gettin better and better too
    December 8 01:12 PM
  • Frippertronics i trawl the megahertz lp/cd reissue coming in february
    December 4 12:03 AM
  • Evok That 5 on Molten Beats looks so right bb
    November 29 01:16 PM
  • DoofDoof Not entirely sure what to make of Gustavo Cerati's 'Bocanada' - sort of a latin/tropicalia tinged trip hop/alt rock album :/
    November 29 02:55 AM
  • Evok Cheers bud!
    November 22 11:51 AM
  • Evok Hey man, sounds like you've been a head for a while. Would it be too much to ask for input on a mix I put together?
    November 15 11:15 AM
  • DoofDoof Took me a while with the vocals, esp on Sweet Deceit, but I like them a lot now...I guess it is a slightly ropey Tom Waits impression with some Bowie in there but it just works as a match for me. The vox on the later albums are fine for me, they are reasonably close in tone to the singing of Paul Buchanan from the Blue Nile so that is more than ok
    November 13 02:44 AM
  • DoofDoof The albums are quite different, did expect you to prefer Sweet Deceit - I've got a second hand copy of the album between these two ordered, which a lot of people claim is their best so will have to see. Just exactly the band I wanted to find right now though I am maybe going overboard on dishing out two 5s :D
    November 12 02:53 AM
  • DoofDoof Both on Spotify so maybe Sweet Deceit.
    November 11 03:05 PM
  • DoofDoof Have you ever listened to The Bathers? Another Scottish sophisti-pop band a bit like The Blue Nile only they use more strings than synth. The early stuff the singer is more Tom Waits, later he mellows to something a lot more like Buchanan
    November 11 04:23 AM
  • mindleviticus wow i'm getting some real james ferraro vibes from this. very midi sounding at times but also very refined idm as well. really intriguing stuff man.
    October 29 10:10 PM
  • TalonsOfFire Language is their best imo, the title track is like one of my favorite songs of the decade. I can hear hear the difference in your new one for sure. I haven't heard Under Dark Blue Blanket in a while but I remember really digging it. I wasn't able to get into much else under the Millicent Waffles name I remember, I'll check out more Count to Altek.
    October 29 01:21 PM
  • TalonsOfFire Yea I dig your new one a lot, probably my favorite release of yours since the Millicent Waffles one Explosive Oranges reviewed a few years ago. Also too bad you weren't crazy about Clairvoyant after loving all the previous Contortionist albums. Did you find it too simplistic and boring compared to those? I thought it could've been more technical and compelling like Language, but I still really liked it.
    October 29 12:32 PM
  • TalonsOfFire I saw you and Fripp gushing over Prefab Sprout so I decided to check them out, and was not disappointed. Your new album sounds good - Norington Birds in particular has a nice development that I really like.
    October 28 12:45 PM
  • DDDeftoneDDD Simon Posford is a great electronic producer reponsible for projects like Shpongle and Hallucinogen.
    October 28 08:20 AM
  • DDDeftoneDDD Younger brother is a Simon posford's project. You should check Last days of Gravity for a pinkfloydish psych vibe
    October 28 08:18 AM
  • Frippertronics Also, I won't lie, the more digitally-processed sound of his keyboards really don't sit well with me. Give me Thousand Knives or B-2 any day, because the synth sounds on those albums are timeless.
    October 20 08:18 PM
  • Frippertronics On the other hand, if you do wish to "educate" the ~people~, we could always just hunker down and review our favorite Sakamoto records.
    October 20 07:26 PM
  • Frippertronics I personally don't enjoy a good deal of his work from that era specifically because it finds him chasing trends rather than innovating a la Bowie in the 80s. He didn't exactly have a decline per se, but his focus seemed a lot more on soundtrack work, which found him evolving as a composer whereas his solo albums of the time felt like he was merely paying the bills. There are some exceptions to the case, as with Esperanto, but I don't really go back to stuff like Neo Geo or Beauty too much.
    October 20 07:25 PM
  • Frippertronics bruh literally most of those ryuichi albums ain't even close to his best don't make me educate YOU :^)
    October 20 07:17 PM
  • Jasdevi087 I mean as far as instrumental choices go it's varied by definition, but when I was listening to it I felt the whole album had that same kinda soft/lush approach right the way through. I kept waiting for songs like Smoke-Scented Mycelium to pick up but they don't
    September 21 06:45 PM
  • Jasdevi087 It's a pretty album, i'd definitely listen to it again. Felt a little one-note though
    September 20 06:44 PM
  • CaptainDooRight jam my new album!!,
    September 11 06:24 PM
  • foxblood I like sun glow but it does stand out, only track I'm not that into is the closer. The rest of the album has Michael Jackson levels of divine pop essence and that's saying a lot.
    September 11 12:42 PM
  • foxblood Say Goodbye is amazing
    September 10 05:30 AM
  • foxblood I fixed the art on Hiroshi Satoh - This Boy
    September 9 02:52 PM
  • Chambered79 Yo that album is nice
    August 1 05:50 AM
  • GhandhiLion Is Slugdge a riff salad fest?
    July 27 08:29 AM
  • mindleviticus that project under your name (?) is so good dude
    July 25 10:58 PM
  • mindleviticus Sick i'll check it out soon. New ep is out btw :]
    July 24 08:46 PM
  • mindleviticus yeah and dude your projects are ****ing amazing in general! it's obvious that you put a lot of effort and care in your craft and it shows and sounds like nothing i've ever heard before. not every release is gonna be a banger but that's just life, just keep doing what you want to do
    July 24 08:59 AM
  • mindleviticus np dude don't feel down about mixed appeal btw, that's how you grow as a producer, musician etc. :] I get criticisms all the time
    July 23 09:42 PM
  • TVC15 Ooh nice you bumped your Xanopticon rating just noticed that
    July 23 08:25 PM
  • TVC15 Oh shiiit. Just downloaded and gonna jam
    July 23 07:49 PM
  • temptationFruit Very engaging release, your newest EP. This one has stuck with me more than a lot of your stuff has recently... might do a review for it
    July 23 04:41 PM
  • DoofDoof Trying out 'Perhaps' and it reminds me of 'Lodger' an awful lot, quite like it, maybe a 3.5...which means I need to revisit 'Sulk' too. Still prefer 'Fourth Drawer' but this is good.
    July 23 05:40 AM
  • mindleviticus New ep out this week too :
    July 22 01:52 PM
  • mindleviticus cool ep man! i enjoyed it for the most part; don't know if I'll come back to it soon but all your stuff has a very unique fourth world sound to it that's super engaging
    July 22 01:44 PM
  • theYearis1999 Nice EP! I am still surprised at how good it is. Need to do a relisten soon. Well done.
    July 22 01:02 AM
  • DoofDoof I'll put it on the wishlist, I really really dig 'Fourth Drawer'...but I'm a bit 50/50 about 'Sulk', I like it but not much beyond that.
    July 21 04:06 PM
  • temptationFruit Ok dude, will definitely get to it sometime this week
    July 21 02:59 PM
  • Papa Universe aight. July 21st 2019, remind me to vote.
    July 21 02:57 PM
  • Papa Universe is a year-long waiting period okay?
    July 21 02:53 PM
  • Papa Universe ugh. fine. alright. but you gotta slow down with the album making, I still want to listen to other people's music too.
    July 21 02:49 PM
  • mindleviticus i saw that i'll check that out later when im at home
    July 20 10:43 AM
  • mindleviticus Also I appreciate the new shoutout on my specialty a lot. That album was made at a really tough time in my life so I'm glad someone was able to recognize it. TWEOTBC was written during a time when I just wanted to replicate my influences and you can tell for the most part that's what I did.
    July 20 08:21 AM
  • Frippertronics holy lmao at those LH ratings (aside from Quarantine)
    July 20 04:49 AM
  • mindleviticus thanks man! really appreciate it. =D
    July 19 04:55 PM
  • mindleviticus did you hear my newest album from late 2017?
    July 7 07:35 PM
  • DoofusWainwright I will keep returning to the album, I don't actively dislike the vocals so they might grow on me some more.
    July 4 03:01 AM
  • DoofusWainwright Also, I'm also not sure it has as enough variety, but that might just be me being unfamiliar with the album. On this third listen it's still all blending for me a bit too much.
    July 3 02:57 AM
  • DoofusWainwright It's a big thing because for Microdisney, The Blue Nile and Prefab Sprout the vocals are actually my favourite feature of their respective styles.
    July 3 02:49 AM
  • DoofusWainwright Listening again now and the music and melodies themselves definitely warrant higher than a 3. I know what didn't impress me too much before - the vocals - and they're still a bit too weak for me to award it over a 4/5.
    July 3 02:44 AM
  • CaptainDooRight sounds pretty cool bro!
    July 2 07:29 PM
  • J() Alexander Hey, nice to see you liked "mu" (and the Helikopter-Streichquartett). The second part is great by the way, but it isn't as good as the first one.
    July 2 11:40 AM
  • osmark86 that's usually how it goes for me as well. haven't done anything since march, but I feel some inspiration coming along. might focus a little bit more on synthesis this time around and harsher sounds.
    July 2 05:56 AM
  • mindleviticus nice man! do what you gotta do. I think I'm gonna start a new project and put the new metal album in that project instead because lumping it in with my hyacinth stuff seems like a poor decision
    June 27 01:21 PM
  • mindleviticus your new album is sick btw
    June 26 01:06 PM
  • osmark86 btw, it'd be fun to collaborate sometime if you're up for it
    June 18 04:39 AM
  • osmark86 cheers. I think you'd like my other album Apex Predator more actually. it's more upbeat overall with a more techno-ish vibe overall. check it out if you will :)
    June 18 04:38 AM
  • DoofusWainwright Thanks, will give it a try. Excellent Perry Blake ratings btw
    June 15 02:42 AM
  • AdolfChrist YeH
    June 9 11:31 PM
  • mindleviticus oh okay, it's just i'm worried that going from an IDM to a more extreme metal sound will be hard to get people on board. BTW checking out your album, very solid stuff so far, i'll let you know more soon
    June 8 05:56 PM
  • mindleviticus dope dude, how do you promote your material btw? i always have a hard time getting people to listen to my stuff :[
    June 8 04:26 PM
  • osmark86 anytime mate. just good to hear what other sputters are doing in terms of electronic experimentation. did you have a listen to any of my junz?
    June 8 06:19 AM
  • IcelandRevel animalsASSummit teehee
    June 7 11:13 PM
  • osmark86 gotta add that I also think you have some nice syncopation to the rythmic elements that keep the groove complex and interesting. glad you went wild and avoided the regular 4/4 structure in some of your arrangements. I don't know if it was intentional but the 808 bass in Design sounds slightly off key, either way it kind of works to its advantage oddly enough ^^. very cool album.
    June 7 10:53 AM
  • osmark86 well done mate. some really wild sonic landscapes and interesting progressions. some tasty use of arpeggiated basslines over airy samples and synths. very much up my alley! really like the production as well, think you captured a slightly lofi/burning vinyl sound that I much appreciate in electronic music. makes it sound more organic and less perfect.
    June 7 10:45 AM
  • osmark86 I'm on it!
    June 7 09:54 AM
  • foxblood I definitely will when I can dude, for sure. I've been pretty busy
    June 5 04:49 PM
  • osmark86 for more ambient vibes -
    June 4 09:14 AM
  • osmark86 good to see a fellow producer on here mate ^^. looking forward to your album, Aspire was p sweet. think you'd dig my stuff too mate:
    June 4 08:35 AM
  • TVC15 Me neither! The schizophrenic riffs kick ass but the synths really make the album, how they can act as atmosphere or even act as their own riffs. They?re used like synths in symphonic bm and it?s so interesting. That and the dope concept
    June 4 12:47 AM
  • TVC15 Ooooh dope 4.5. Album?s insane
    June 3 08:48 PM
  • TVC15 Think you?d really like Xanopticon?s album Liminal Space. Glitchy and atmospheric breakcore
    April 26 12:24 AM
  • 50iL Hey dude! Wanted to just stop by and say I think you?re one of the top jazz users on here rn, fr. As such, I wanted to rec you Lee Morgan: probably the trumpet player with mist feel I?ve ever heard. Specially check out Search for the New Land :)
    April 22 11:31 PM
  • foxblood you rate some of the coolest stuff dude
    April 18 02:39 PM
  • mindleviticus lol those aren't my real ratings..those are on rym.. but cobras and phases is certainly a 4.5-5 range
    April 14 04:50 PM
  • TVC15 Dyou have an RYM account?
    April 14 03:33 PM
  • mindleviticus keeping making me proud boi :']
    April 11 12:21 PM
  • mindleviticus Count to Altek is dope af man keep up the good work
    April 10 02:20 PM
  • dctarga Nice Underworld ratings!
    April 7 04:37 PM
  • TVC15 I?d still very much like it if you can still be able to whip up some drum tracks :)
    March 28 10:37 AM
  • Jasdevi087 mate you can't just go in and rip The Knife like that jesus just flip your ratings with me why don't you
    March 27 10:30 PM
  • TVC15 Me too... Dunno it really grew off me, but it's also been a very long time now since I last listened to it so that may very well change. Also, now that I'm on spring break, I'll try my best to give your latest project a listen! Also, it's cool if you are no longer able to provide me with drum tracks for that bm demo I asked of you several months ago lol, maybe I can find someone else if you can't or just release it as it is cos it's just a s***ty one off by me
    March 27 09:51 PM
  • CaptainDooRight gracias mi amigo ))
    March 27 03:33 PM
  • Jasdevi087 lol **** at least one of us appreciates the Gary Numan album
    March 27 03:48 AM
  • CaptainDooRight thanks pras!
    March 26 02:55 AM
  • Drifter Tbh I don't even know what drum n bass is lol. I'll definitely check it though, I kind of have to haha. Also, I did a little write up on Words and Sounds Vol 1 if you're interested:
    March 23 11:36 PM
  • osmark86 after you've jammed the captain's new junz, have a go at mine. think you'd dig:
    March 23 11:44 AM
  • Drifter That's awesome. I forgot to rate those two soundtracks after I had reset my ratings and filled everything back in, definitely deserves a high score. What's the A Guy Called Gerald album like?
    March 23 12:44 AM
  • Drifter This Jill Scott album just gets better and better. Already has multiple of my favorite rnb songs like A Long Walk, He Loves Me, and The Way. Need another listen to decide my rating but it's feeling high.
    March 23 12:26 AM
  • TalonsOfFire I'm gonna jam some of the ambient electronic music you've reviewed recently, you cover cool stuff even crazy deathgrind haha. You ever jam The Future Sound of London's albums? You have the Cascade single rated but nothing else, and you'd love their full-lengths I'd think
    March 21 10:21 PM
  • CaptainDooRight jam my new album bro, check the second track hard but all:
    March 19 01:51 PM
  • CaptainDooRight all my life and mercy holds are sick trackS as well as the two closing tracks, love the guest vox
    March 19 10:12 AM
  • CaptainDooRight hahahahaha agreed
    March 17 11:58 AM
  • CaptainDooRight actually never mind that Rolo album is weak

    March 8 05:01 PM
  • CaptainDooRight Cool will def check! Check my old song start finish let me know what you think
    March 8 02:24 AM
  • Dedes Hm, never jammed any new wave. Should be interesting!
    February 25 06:45 PM
  • TalonsOfFire Nice, I'm liking this one a lot too. First two tracks are probably my favorites, some of the middle ones are neat but very weird, and I really like Sophia Maria and Hiding in Belgium. You sure are prolific, I remember Under a Dark Blue Blanket a couple years back and it seems like you've made 30 albums since then haha
    February 25 10:06 AM
  • Dedes Yeah dude! Ill check it soon for sure, what is it exactly?
    February 25 01:32 AM
  • TalonsOfFire Path Kethona and She Will Fly. I tried listening to the one that got that 1.5 review on here but it wasn't for me haha, sounded like the crazy stuff my friends and I recorded in high school when we wanted to make the craziest music we could
    February 24 04:27 PM
  • TalonsOfFire Your two newest Millicent Waffles albums are pretty challenging, but I like them. I hear some free jazz and Kayo Dot in there. I've also wondered where your av comes from? It looks like some kind of ghost or creature from a Miyazaki film
    February 24 11:18 AM
  • DoofusWainwright Damn you are prolific!
    February 23 04:33 PM
  • foxblood your You Can't Hide Your Love Forever review is nice, you have great taste
    February 12 04:53 PM
  • Frippertronics missing the lions in my garden single on your ranking T B H
    February 7 11:35 AM
  • DoofusWainwright Basically it might take me 10 years to know what is definitively my favourite Cathal Coughlan release - for now I have Crooked Mile and The Skys Awful Blue on 5/5 ratings and the rest not far behind.
    February 7 10:00 AM
  • DoofusWainwright If you like 'The Clock Comes Down the Stairs' then you can't go wrong - all their early albums are about even for me, including 'South African Bastards' - that's essential too. Cncerning Coughlan's career - I only really know 'Viva Dead Ponies' well by Fatima Mansions and some of the early singles ('Blues for Ceausescu' is a classic). His solo stuff I really like but that's more in the Nick Cave/chamber pop sort of mode, not sure it would be your thing.
    February 7 09:57 AM

    January 10 12:45 AM
  • ExecutiveExecuterexe if you want, check out my bandcamp collection/wishlist, there's tons of slam/brutal death metal in there...
    January 7 10:35 PM
  • ExecutiveExecuterexe To me, the instruments were out of plac and didn't feel like they fit properly, but those were some sick vocals
    January 7 10:24 PM
  • ExecutiveExecuterexe thanks for the rec, I will check it out soon
    January 6 11:23 PM
  • ExecutiveExecuterexe I think you'll dig this: Left To Drown - s/t
    January 6 12:36 AM
  • ExecutiveExecuterexe nice rating on Devouring Humanity's s/t
    January 5 11:06 PM

  • ScuroFantasma Sure thing man, I'll give it a listen
    December 28 10:45 AM
  • temptationFruit You really nailed something with this one. Not sure what that 'something' is quite yet. Basically I need to listen to it more. It definitely hit me in the feels numerous times. Great work bud!
    December 27 12:55 PM
  • Animadversion thx for the link! you're very prolific! its always a pleasure to listen to your music. i'll listen to this new album when i have time. btw, if you're interested in return (i'm not used to sending links like this, but whatever) i also make some music so here's the link to my last album. and have a merry christmas too!

  • DoofusWainwright Happy Christmas to the most prolific music creator on Sputnik, I?ll try and catch up on your releases over the holidays :D
    December 23 02:25 AM
  • Papa Universe Alright, I am mentally ready for your new stuff now. Bring it in.
    December 22 08:49 PM
  • DoofusWainwright Gave both that and ?AH? second listens today - and put up two 4/5 ratings. Need to listen to both a few more times before I know how they compare to ?Jordan? and ?McQueen?
    December 6 09:48 AM
  • Frippertronics Added this, it's the first two PS singles, although it's a 1984 reissue which brought them together.
    December 5 05:09 AM
  • Frippertronics Pearly Gates will make u a sad bastard guaranteed
    December 4 07:07 AM
  • Papa Universe
    December 1 04:02 PM
  • Frippertronics Not gonna hype it up too much, but Jordan review sometime this week. Been thinking up ideas since I first heard it in March and it's due time I get it out there.
    November 30 11:10 PM
  • DoofusWainwright Ok, I've only listened to the songs available on LastFM but I'm already awarding the Paddy album a 5. Epic first tune even channels some 'Ocarina of Time', highly nostalgic quality to that one. Goping to snap up a physical copy of the album hopefully.
    November 30 06:35 AM
  • Frippertronics really now? must've not noticed
    November 27 02:38 PM
  • DoofusWainwright Just chucked it on my RYM wishlist, thanks

  • Frippertronics It's time, my boy...5 Jordan: The Comeback by Prefab Sprout..
    November 27 03:59 AM
  • TVC15 I think you'd really dig the album Black Magick SS released this year. Old school psych rock with bm influenced vox with organ/vocal melodies and production that sound like it was recorded in a Church
    November 23 12:06 AM
  • foxblood yeah it was really good. the track at 23 min is great. solid production throughout. i rec that u check out Masayoshi Takanaka - An Insatiable High. it's a little earlier so it's more straight forward jazz but my god the japanese have some hidden fire. Casiopea's first album is another good one.
    November 21 12:15 PM
  • foxblood i'm listening to Toshiki Kadomatsu this is great. sick guitar
    November 21 10:43 AM

  • TVC15 Hey dude, what's your email?
    November 11 05:04 PM
  • CaptainDooRight im pretty sure I took it off the internet
    November 9 10:17 AM
  • Papa Universe yeah okay, I love the strangeness of it all, the execution is a little amateurish and extremely messy, although there is a charm in that. again, the weird, off-kilter instrumentation. kinda caught me offguard, well done
    November 6 05:26 PM
  • Papa Universe eh fine
    November 6 04:51 PM

    October 28 12:44 AM
  • Drifter Whack snoop ratings
    October 28 12:29 AM
  • TVC15 This is the demo, all tracks. The title track is the only one with proper Live drums, however.
    October 22 07:01 PM
  • TVC15 Hmmm... I don't have FL and I find Reaper hard to use and I've tried and failed to program blast beats on my Garageband app on my iPad... Would you mind programming them for me? This would be for my bm demo that I've showed you a few months ago.
    October 22 05:40 PM
  • TVC15 Hey man... Dyou know any decent way to program drums for black metal?
    October 22 04:30 PM
  • SandwichBubble did you give your rec yet?
    October 8 08:33 PM
  • DoofusWainwright I did prefer the more groove orientated approach on your Coleman rec compared to the freeform approach. Will try and give it a second go sometime soon, for now I'm happy putting up a 3.5.
    October 6 09:36 AM
  • DoofusWainwright Thanks, will give it a go - I didn?t like the free jazz Coleman album but if this ones different can?t see why I shouldn?t at least try it
    October 4 09:17 AM
  • Frippertronics okay since I missed the date and honestly wasn't probably going to make it in the first place, the album was Cobra and Phases although a quick google search probably would've made it obvious or something
    September 29 01:46 AM
  • foxblood yo Intestinal Disgorge are awesome, 'Sonic Shrapnel' is good. i recommend their split 'the Abysmal Morgue'. It's not as abstract as Sonic but it's very unique, has violin, clarinet, trombone, etc. I need to check their other stuff.
    September 25 05:37 PM
  • DoofusWainwright Check my latest rec list, I'm 100% sure you won't let me down Mr Sput King of Obscure 80s
    September 21 05:36 AM
  • Frippertronics although if you really ought to know, it's the number one album on my most played albums this week on my (rip integration)
    September 20 11:29 PM
  • Frippertronics a secret, although it has a pretty low average in comparison to prior and subsequent albums that are more popular within its fanbase and was absolutely panned when it came out
    September 20 11:28 PM
  • Frippertronics next week, on the 27th for this record's 18th birthday, expect something (a five review to end all five reviews)
    September 20 06:20 AM
  • nocuffin check this bruhh, you'll love it:
    September 16 05:14 PM
  • cosmopazz
    September 1 06:51 AM
  • Animadversion i really enjoyed your latest ep! i was completely immersed in it but it's just 15 minutes long, so it leaves me wanting more!and since you studied allegro's work, do you personnally believe his theories? from what little i've read about it, it seems plausible to me (but idk, my knowledge of christianity is quite limited, im planning on reading attentively the whole bible but ive only read the first 2 books so far...)
    August 28 10:17 AM
  • Animadversion the artwork is sick!! ill listen to it asap! never heard of allegro, his work sounds interesting, i might check it out too.
    August 21 09:36 AM
  • TVC15 The only live instruments were on the opener which was a drum outtake for my impending bm demo looped and increasingly distorted then guitar feedback on 441100. All the samples are just stacked recordings of number station broadcasts. Glad you enjoyed it :)
    August 20 11:20 PM
  • TVC15 What'd you think?
    August 20 08:46 PM
  • TVC15 I made a harsh noise wall album with utilizations of number station broadcasts if you're into that. It's my latest list on Sput here
    August 16 05:31 PM
