 | Zac124 Glad you enjoyed Life In Vacuum. Hail the Sun is a great group as well. Wake tends to be peoples favourite so you may prefer that on but Divine Inner Tension just does more for me personally. Btw Husbandry is not really progressive metal, at best it has elements of it but definitely more of a post-hardcore album.

 | Demon of the Fall Nice, pleased you enjoyed it! Admittedly I totally forgot when / where I rec'd that (probably a few times in different places over the years!). It's been with me a long time and I keep expecting it to age badly yet it exceeds expectations every year. Truly a classic

| Mort. oh and its worth noting that there is a very good remaster of Lula Divinia out there but it does not include Sleep It Off and Two Black Eyes (i think they were bonus tracks on the original from an ep or something). So whenever i listen to lula divinia i listen to the remaster the un remastered final two tracks. i think two black eyes is a good closer

| Mort. yeah thats a pretty apt description. worth noting they recorded The Egg LP at Matt Talbot of Hum's studio. and Shiners drummer Jason Gerken toured for Hum in 2015 (also the two bands toured together in the 90s). deffo trying to do similar things

 | mryrtmrnfoxxxy agreed it'd sure be nice to have a save list feature or an add-to-wishlist button. yeah if you're digging sludge and noise rock rn you'll prob dig some slug and slughog from that list. some bigger bands that mix the two in cool ways IMO (which im sure youd get around to anyway if you havent already) are today is the day, cherubs (heroin man!), and karp. i'm also mining those genres for sweet noises so keep me in mind if you find anything especially sick. i will want to jam it
