 | Judio! Good to hear! I've been doing well myself, busy as always but overall I'm fine. Haven't listened to all that much new music lately, as I've been focusing more on making music for my solo project.
 | Judio! Hey man, how've you been?
 | Phlegm post in my s*** 1 more time and ur ass is IP banned for life ok? have a good day
 | Judio! I appreciate it you saying that, man. The review took a ridiculously long time to write, so I'm really glad it turned out ok!
 | Judio! No worries, I understand. And yeah, no problem, hope you like it!
 | Judio! Hey man, took me a while but I just wrote a review for F#A#infinity. Thought you might be interested in checking it out.
 | BigPleb Yeah, on Fix Your Face too it ruled.
 | BigPleb Cheers dude! Nice DP btw :]
 | Avagantamos nothing, the look on his face in that pic is kinda creepy imo
 | Avagantamos your profile pic makes me kind of uncomfortable
 | ButteryBiscuitBass Ah, good work. Yeah definitely! haha. Shame I have no laptop, etc to work on atm!
 | Judio! Oh yeah it might lol. Email it to me. judioruso@gmail.com
 | Judio! Glad you liked it! I think I'm already sick of waiting for the new Silver Mt Zion to come out. Where did you torrent the album?
 | Judio! Damn, I'm really excited to hear it now!
 | Judio! Ah, I'll just wait until it comes out then. Just the anticipation of waiting this whole time will make the album even better when I finally do listen to it!
 | Judio! New Silver Mt Zion hasn't been released yet, though...where'd you find the album?
 | zakalwe It's an album that throws up a mixture of all sorts dude. Soul, rock, jazz, gospel and is a thrilling listen without a set atmospheric tone. Glad you liked the opener, it's one of my all time greats.
 | Judio! Damn, looks like I'm now officially the last one on Sput that thinks Skinny Fists is overrated lol. And I haven't checked out Silver Mount Zion's new alum but yeah I heard its supposed to be good. Still, you really should give a listen to He Has Left Us Alone as well.
 | demigod! digging your current list series, man. good way to get debate going. may i suggest The Dillinger Escape Plan or Sigur Ros for your next?
 | Judio! That's true. Storm and Sleep are two of my favorite Godspeed songs, but I've never really been able to get into Antennas to Heaven very much and Static just kind of annoys me.
 | Judio! I don't have it in me to complain about "Providence." It's a weird-ass song, but it's just so wonderful in my opinion. If I had to complain about F#A#, id complain that the slow, trance-like part at the beginning of "East Hastings" goes on too still. Besides that, it's just a perfect album to me. Slow Riot is perfect as well, but I think it's just a tad too short to be as effective as F#A#. Still, BBF3 is probably the greatest song ever made, so I don't know why I'm complaining lol.
 | Judio! Hmm...I will need to relisten to Traced then. I didn't think Traced was bad in any way, but it just didn't "wow" me like Focus did. And I'll be looking forward to that Godspeed battle. My vote definitely goes to F#A#inifinity with Slow Riot being a close second. Although I do like Skinny Fists, I actually like Allelujah! slightly better.
 | Judio! And by the way, if you done them haven't already, a GY!BE "album battle" list would be cool.
 | Judio! Yeah man, Veil of May probably is the best song ever. Tell me, what do you like so much about Traced In Air?
 | CK Your next album battle should be Death's final 4 albums
 | Judio! Relistens do wonders lol. I haven't 5'd either album, although I may 5 Focus some day. I like Traced, but at this point not nearly as much as Focus.
 | Judio! lol damn! What changed your mind so quickly?
 | Judio! Ah, I see you've checked ou Cynic. One of my favorite death metal bands for sure. You like them?
 | zakalwe I have recently started to look into Opeth having only really heard bits here and there. I do have a physical copy of Still life which I have to say is amazing. I will check out your recs and while I'm at it I'll give tool another go!
 | zakalwe Great Pinkerton sound off dude, I am with you all the way except Tool I've never 'understood' them. Have you heard Spiritualized - ladies and Gentleman We Are Floating In Space. I think you'll like it mate.
 | Judio! Very true! I'm glad we had this discussion. Not sure when I'll get the opportunity to listen to what you rec'd, but when I do listen I'll be sure to let you know what I think.
 | Judio! Will do. I'm always striving to widen my musical taste, so I'll give this genre a try. Thanks for the recs!
 | Judio! Can't say I've ever listened to post-hardcore in my life. Where's a good place to start?
 | Electric City Thanks dude! Feels is my personal favorite, and a fine starting point. Many people might tell you Merriweather because it's their most "accessible" but I find with Animal Collective, it's not a good idea to start at their most accessible and work backwards, as much of their work is out there. Start with Feels, Strawberry Jam, or Sung Tongs.
 | Judio! You need to check them out! Listen to their debut, He Has Left Us Alone. That album is on par with the best Godspeed releases in my opinion.
 | Judio! Couldn't agree more. On another note, have you ever listened to Silver Mt. Zion? I just started listening to them, and I love them already.
 | Judio! Agreed with you on Slow Riot. BBF3 may possibly be my favorite song of all time, or at least my favorite Godspeed song.
 | Judio! I can agree on that! They are easily one of my favorite bands, and F#A#(infinity) may very well be one of my absolute favorite albums I've ever listened to.
 | Judio! I could certainly see why someone would love it, but it's just not for me. To me, what Skinny Fists attempts to achieve is practically the same as Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada, but without Slow Riot's precision and focus. Still, I stand by Sleep and Storm being two of the greatest post-rock songs of all time.
 | Judio! Actually it's not, Lift Yr. Skinny Fists should be a 4 not a 3. Yanqui is my least favorite Godspeed. But yeah, I still Lift Yr. Skinny Fists is overrated. While it can be very beautiful, parts of it just feel too overlong and bloated.
 | Veldin p.s. I was joking too. No such Thom or Bob figure exists
 | Veldin I have yet to listen to it, but I'm anticipating doing so. I only recently started listening to Dylan, surprisingly. Bringing It All Back Home is my favorite thus far.
 | Veldin We sold out of that one, but I can get you a Bob Dylan figure with detachable black sunglasses. Batteries sold separately.

 | avonbarksdale221 It all comes down to personal opinion. Agaetis is the most otherworldly of the trio, it borders on spiritual in parts. It strikes the best balance between the mystical, the uplifting, and intensity of Sigur Ros' sound. Takk, on the other hand, is definitely the most accessible and is exceptionally euphoric. Just jam them all man and make up your own mind.
 | avonbarksdale221 Glorious record. Fair warning: I'd argue that Agaetis Byrjun and Takk are as good as (), if not even better.
 | avonbarksdale221 Absolute bliss, few hands transcend like SR. Poppaglio is one of the greates closers of all time, I've never heard a climax that intense.
 | avonbarksdale221 Agreed so hard man, one of very few bands that can match Radiohead for emotion. Their music really takes you on a journey, which isn't something you can say about a lot of artists
 | avonbarksdale221 There is just something special about Radiohead, you know? Their music resonates with me like no other band I've heard. Agreed about those three being the holy trinity, I'd say tht K Computer is my favourite because it was my first, although Thom would probably tell me not to get sentimental ;] I think that Kid A is the best from an artistic standpoint though.
 | avonbarksdale221 No worries man! Thom Yorke is a god, agreed. They are probably my favourite band, whats your fave album by them? Here's a link to the most accessible (and arguably best) Sigur Ros song, hope you enjoy. Pro tip: watch the video, its amazing. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mAqJ0R-EkZg
 | avonbarksdale221 You have sweet taste in tunes man, welcome to the site! If you haven't already, you should listen to Agaetis Byrjun and Takk by Sigur Ros, both are brilliant albums that I think you'd dig based on your ratings.
