| Hawks My main advice would be stay the course and just keep writing. Take any kind of criticism you can get that you think will make you better and also try to learn from other writers. Also reviewing new(er) releases consistently is a huge plus when it comes to getting promoted. You're already a great writer. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be rewarded. I know some people are gonna be getting promoted throughout the summer. Took me 17 years but I finally got there lol.
