SeaAnemone
07.31.13 | you can absolutely go wrong with LD and Thrice
here you go:
Nomeansno - Wrong
Nation of Ulysses - Plays Pretty For Baby
Jawbox - For Your Own Special Sweetheart
Lync - These Are Not Fall Colors
Unwound - New Plastic Ideas
Hoover - The Lurid Traversal Of Route 7
A City Safe From Sea - Throw Me Through Walls
Young Widows - Old Wounds
skip Defeater, check out that album from LD but definitely skip Wildfire, TA and Thrice are okay, so are Trophy Scars, but the aforementioned are much better |

07.31.13 | be wary cause people will try to rec you things like Emery or letlive. or Chiodos or He Is Legend or some shit but watch out because lists with these are just going to be bands that are gimmicky versions of Refused or watered down versions of Glassjaw |

JazzHands333
07.31.13 | I've already heard both of the letlive. albums and thought they were both tripe so hopefully that'll deter such recs |

SeaAnemone
07.31.13 | it's what I call that shitty LD followup when I don't care enough to remember or look up its actual name |

07.31.13 | I like how detailed that list is, Eric. I'll investigate it some more once I've sifted through all these recs.
Thanks, guys. Keep 'em coming if you want. |

09.02.13 | 15 is nowhere near Funeral for a Friend's best album. I quite liked it, but that's from a die hard fan. Their older stuff is much better, check out 'Casually Dressed & Deep In Conversation' and 'Welcome Home Armageddon'.
Also, check out 'After The Eulogy' by 'Boysetsfire', Alexisonfire (all their albums are great), 'Full Collapse' by Thursday, 'Water & Solutions' by Far, 'End Measured Mile' by Make Do and Mend, and 'Do You Know Who You Are?' by Texas Is The Reason
