A7X Ranked

In the mood for some Avenged Sevenfold lol. might as well rank them.
1Avenged Sevenfold
Nightmare

After the passing of the Rev. The band's longtime drummer and co founder. Jimmy Sullivan was a big part of the band. I remember being skeptical about hearing this record. It blew away my expectations. This album is the most well-balanced, structured, has solid musicianship, and it's an album I never get tired of.
2Avenged Sevenfold
The Stage

The Stage is a very productive album. It's technical, progressive, and elusive. This band improved more on the songwriting, and made songs that weren't simplistic and repetitive. The last half of The Stage is pretty remarkable.. if you ask me.
3Avenged Sevenfold
City of Evil

C.O.E. an album that shaped my music taste. I remember being around 11 and hearing Bat Country. City of Evil is a great album, even though it has it's flaws but it's still holds the same energy and consistency, since the first I listened to it.
4Avenged Sevenfold
Waking the Fallen

One of my personal favorites. Chapter Four, Second Heartbeat, Eternal Rest, Unholy Confessions, etc. I love the balance of cleans and screams by M. Shadows. It's a pretty nice listen from start to finish and who can forget ''I Won't See You Tonight Pt.1''
5Avenged Sevenfold
Avenged Sevenfold

This album got me into Avenged. So it has a special place in my heart, but I prefer the other ones a bit more.
6Avenged Sevenfold
Hail to the King

I feel like this album meant to be something but failed so. It has some cool songs on it, but other than, it's quite dull.
7Avenged Sevenfold
Sounding the Seventh Trumpet

It's good for a debut but I don't like the production and they are some songs I don't care for.
