Queensrÿche
Ranking by preference. Excludes DtC and most LaTorre albums (save the 1st). |

Cliche for a reason. Prob my fave album of all time. |
2 | ![](images/albums/7832.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche The Warning
Sharp, metallic, proggy in places. Kickass album. |
3 | ![](images/albums/8312.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Promised Land
Arguably their last great album. Love the sense of naked melody on here. |
4 | ![](images/albums/7834.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Empire
For me this doesn't quite reach the heights of 1-3, but still a sweet album. |
5 | ![](images/albums/7833.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Rage for Order
Although I might be digging Gonna Get Close to You, I still can't get into The Killing Words. Rest is killer though. |
6 | ![](images/albums/8316.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Queensryche EP
Kickass debut; love especially Queen of the Reich and The Lady Wore Black |
7 | ![](images/albums/34971.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche American Soldier
It doesn't have DeGarmo, but I generally enjoy it. Brings the feels. |
8 | ![](images/albums/8314.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Q2K
Enjoy the atmosphere on it, even if it doesn't touch the heights of their first 6. |
9 | ![](images/albums/8315.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Tribe
One of their most stripped-down albums, but I quite dig it. |
10 | ![](images/albums/129110.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Queensryche
I don't dislike the 1st LaTorre album, but don't love it either. To me it's a decent continuation of the band (admittedly it's among the ones I've heard the least, though I don't have much desire to change that). And that's no judgement on the later LaTorre stuff. |
11 | ![](images/albums/8313.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Hear in the Now Frontier
Some nice riffs, but has some filler towards the end. And it's not one I plan on revisiting often. |
12 | ![](images/albums/8529.jpg-thumbl) | Queensryche Operation: Mindcrime II
Don't hate this one, but something has to be last. Loses some steam after "Murderer?" |
