Hey, this is out of the ordinary but I really want to support this. I know this is not the most popular band on sputnik, but I truly adore them and want to spread the word about helping them. Mike from Wecamewithbrokenteeth has cancer and his bandmates are asking for funds to help pay for his chemo treatment. My mother died of cancer 8 years ago so I know firsthand how horrible cancer is to experience for a family, especially for someone so young. I know any donations at all are really helpful. 01.21.23 | Wow this is sad to hear :/ was definitely a hater of this band on my younger days but I've warmed up to them a bit over the years. They are actually extremely local to me and the organizer of this campaign actually lives in the same town as me. Hopefully I'll have some extra cash this coming payday so I can chip in a bit. Stage 4 liver cancer is no joke.
Also I'm extremely sorry to hear about your mom man. My mom has had cancer a ridiculous amount of times from the time I was in kindergarten to just a few years back. After many surgeries and bouts with chemo radiation I feel very lucky to be able to say that she is still with me and living. That said every single member of her family who's past it has been due to cancer and it is safe to say that cancer is easily at the very top of things I despise. | foxblood
