Vocal Ability Vs Songwriting Skills

As you know there are sum singers that have amazing voices and wide vocal range but can't write good music and have to rely on producers. We also have the opposite, artists with crappy voices that write amazing songs. what do you guys think is more important?
1Crappy singers

Kurt can't sing or play for shit and their music is simple, but they managed to make a great impact on the industry and people still listen to them.
3Bob Dylan

one of the most Influential Songwriters Alive.
4Leonard Cohen

A perfect example for this list, singing is not his forte. But you can't deny that he wrote amazing songs, like "Hallelujah", that have beautiful lyrics and are covered by a shitload of artists.
5good singers
6Susan Boyle

she does have a great voice, but...

I kinda like her voice, but she make sum pretty annoying tunes.
8christina aguilera

her voice is absolutely gorgeous, but her material is weak.
