The horde! I feel you, it was absolutely packed today and I was really lucky to get the wires for my back workout. Leg day this week was also hell, felt like I was fighting for the machines lmao
They should start quitting in the next few weeks. One of the trainers of my local gym told me they have an absurd number of members that never show up while still paying the subscription. |

Basically for arm and back days I just camp on a free weight bench for like 80% of it when it's crowded. Good luck getting a bench press spot. |
