BigHands 10.15.10	Ive worked in restaurants for a grand total of 12 years. Only cooked at one (Hardees, hardly cooking), but am pretty much just obsessed with food for the most part.
AngelofDeath 10.15.10	Hard to say. The best pizza I've ever had was shrimp scampi pizza from Florida Pizza Kitchen in Pensacola, which is hardly comparable to most pizza. I guess if I was to build my dream pizza it'd go something like this: Hand-tossed crust extra virgin olive oil black pepper Parmesan buffala mozzerella shaved Iberico ham whole basil and oregano leaves roasted garlic heirloom tomatoes Idk, something like that.

AngelofDeath 10.15.10	It's interesting the diversity of cultures that use cilantro too. It's a key player in Latin, Indian, and Southeast Asian food, which stylistically are all really varied.

BigHands 10.15.10	Never had that. My favorite cilantro usage is too put like 10X the normal amount in my homemade Pico De Gallo.
AngelofDeath 10.15.10	Haha, hell yeah. Most people neglect to put in their guacamole, which really makes it pop to me. I'd really recommend getting a dish with coconut green curry sauce if you go out for Thai sometime.

AngelofDeath 10.15.10	I'm a personal chef and caterer now. But I've trained in mostly fine-dining restaurants. Held a wide variety of jobs in the kitchen.

AngelofDeath 10.15.10	Yeah, I like doing the artsy stuff haha. I like to dabble in molecular gastronomy when I have free time. It's fun to be in places that draw on influences from all different kinds of food and get that kind of exposure. I worked in one of the best restaurants in Australia for a while.
