05.13.15 | Yeah Johnny, the second game did have a weird difficulty curve in the first act. The pacing throughout second game was sort of awkward to me. The games writing is phenomenal though. I've never played the first either but from what I've watched it looks enjoyable, the combat looks like shite though. |

Default AA blows, gotta force it in nvidia control panel. Games that have an AA option limited to "on" and "off" are doing something wrong. Also holy fuck, that hairworks shit fucking murders my frame rate. Apparently the reason why is turning it on applies a global 8x AA on everything, which can be reduced or completely removed in an .ini file but I havent tried it yet |

05.20.15 | Hmm, dunno about that as I can go over 30 fps, but most of the time I have choppy frame rates, while the Maxwell equivalents which used to perform roughly the same as my card are now definitely smoother. |

05.20.15 | I turned the hair shit off and now I get 60 fps most of the time with a 970. Fucking love this game, cant believe how much work went into every damn sidequest. I had one crash but I haven't had any other issues after about 4-5 hours gameplay so far. |

06.03.15 | Inquisition had brilliant writing and combat and pacing, but it felt boring after awhile t explore the large areas for all the frivolous junk. Witcher has better writing, combat is different but just as fun and I never get bored of doing side quests and collecting shit. All in all, I enjoy The Witcher 3 more and that coming from someone who declared Dragon Age: Inquisition as 14's GOTY

Like when you first arrive to Novigrad and they're burning the Doppler at the stake and Geralt mumbles to himself that he hopes Dudu is alright. You wouldn't really know what he's talking about without having read the books, but it's not really needed for the in-game story. Very well done imo |
