so sometimes i listen to music like folk or rap or like pop or fucking...shoegaze or something and like I enjoy the crap out of Springsteen's Nebraska but it's always just a placeholder for the next album when i play Night birds or riverboat gamblers again because what I really like is fast loud catchy music where they rock out. This is actually just like a bunch of songs written and released over the course of the last decade it’s not like a 2015 Tenement LP but like I can do whatever I want. Quick story one time in 2011 I said that the album of the year was Perfect From Now On by Built to Spill. They were so outraged but I could not be stopped. But during 2015 a collection of songs that rocked so hard was released and it was this one and it was the best thing ever. So many mega memorable singable lines too, like the one in Pauline where he goes “OOOAaa]aasHOOOOOOO” If you wished the rockers on predatory headlights were catchier and harder then you will likey
