The vocals can be a bit of an acquired taste, but Icarus The Owl has a pop punky progressive like kind of vibe.
Rx Bandits also have a punk feel with ska/reggae and some progressive tendencies.
Also, a lot of 80s Iron Maiden has a very punk feel to their metal/progressive sounds they usually go for. |

This has a post hardcore meets punk with a metal tinge sound to it. Bunch of technical riffing and spastic part writing. I think it would work to your liking based on what you have asked for here.
