Meshuggah Albums

My preferential list of Meshuggah's main albums. Number one being best. NOTE: This does not include stuff like Rare Trax and True Human Design...
1Meshuggah
Destroy Erase Improve

So many stellar tracks-- really solidified them as the band we know/love/respect/fear today.
2Meshuggah
Nothing

Closed Eye Visuals + Straws Pulled at Random + Perpetual Black Second.
3Meshuggah
ObZen

Proved that these guys are still on top of the tech/math-death metal scene-- a very diverse record, but
every track is excellent in its own way.
4Meshuggah
Chaosphere

The intensity, speed and fervor on this album is almost unmatched-- every song is a frantic assault on
your ears and brain.
5Meshuggah
I

Yes I count this as an album. Because it's a fucking 28 minute song. That's why.

Catch Thirty Three

1. Because of the cool spelling of the title (Thirty Thr33). 2. A very experimental record that strayed
from the beatn path,
with mixed results.
7Meshuggah
Contradictions Collapse

Sorry, I just don't like this one as much as the others. Rough around the edges, and I think their
songwriting was a little immature at this point.
