Gore Obsessed
Some good stuff here, hatchet to the head, mutation of the cadaver, and a GREAT metallica cover with "No

The Wretched Spawn
Frantic Disembowelment is the song that got me into these guys (even haters should check out the
instrumental video they do of this song), truly a wonder of musicanship, "Decency Defied" and the title track
is some really catchy stuff (if the former is a little less brutal contentwise than what they typically do), this
album suffers from inconsistency, some really good songs with some really average ones | | 9 |  | Cannibal Corpse
Vile
"Devoured by Vermin" is one of the all time best CC songs, and a great way
for Corpsegrinder to start off his career here, there just isn't enough other

Evisceration Plague
The expectations were high after Kill, and they were all but met here, some
great stuff like the title track, To Decompose has one of the best
breakdown riffs in CC's history, Priests of Sodom and Scalding Hail is also

Gallery of Suicide
One of the most consistently solid albums, the only real stand out is "I will kill you" but being thats probably
a top 5 song, and no real weaknesses in the rest, you have a great CC album here I'll tell ya hawhat | | 6 |  | Cannibal Corpse
Eaten Back to Life
And here we get into the Chris Barnes stuff,CC's debut starts out strong with the really groovy shredded
humans, and is then coupled with a strong second half with skull full of maggots and

Butchered at Birth
great songs like Covered with
Sores and Rancid Amputation, its just harder to get over the poor
production and the lack of tightness that you get in more recent CC albums

Bloodthirst
One of the strongest starts to any CC album, pounded into dust is one of
their angrier songs, then some groovy stuff with unleasing the bloodthirsty,
the album sorta peters out at the end, but the first four songs...wow | | 3 |  | Cannibal Corpse
Kill
I LOVE this album, by far the angriest of all CC albums, starting off with "time to kill is now"'s KIILLLLLLLLLL,
make them suffer is one of their grooviest songs, infinite misery is one of their heaviest/best riffs of all time,
submerged in boiling flesh is hella brutal, and then you just got straight up tight-as-shit (probably their
tightest album of all time) stuff like necrosadistic warning and murder worship | | 2 |  | Cannibal Corpse
Tomb of the Mutilated
Some great stuff here, gotta love hammer smashed face, but also some real brutal (maybe their most
brutal) songs in I cum blood, addicted to vaginal skin, and entrails ripped from a virgins cunt, wow real evil
stuff there, also some Alex Webster's best stuff to date

The Bleeding
How can I not pick an album that has 3 of the 10 best CC songs ever;
staring through the eyes of the dead, fucked with a knife, stripped raped
and strangled (with pick-axe murderers not far behind), Barnes definitely
left CC on a high note, finally getting the production and tightness from the
instrumentals that carried them into the future, this is where the Corpse
came alive and started devouring other corpses | |
