| Neuroticfish Ranked | 5 | | Neuroticfish A Sign Of Life
A remarkably energetic album considering the 10 year gap in release following Gelb. Some moments draw back to what made Neuroticfish great pre-hiatus, but most of the album is easily forgettable.
Best song: Silence
Worst song: The Creep | 4 | | Neuroticfish No Instruments
A very raw sounding debut. There are moments of brilliance here, but it's obvious looking back that this was the just the first step rather than a defining work.
Best song: Close
Worst song: Black Again | 3 | | Neuroticfish Gelb
Gelb is a much more pop-influenced and "to the point" sounding album when compared to Les Chansons Neurotiques, but that's not a bad thing. I really love most of the songs on here, but this album as a whole never really clicked with me.
Best song: Waving Hands
Worst song: They're Coming To Take Me Away | 2 | | Neuroticfish Antidoron
Antidoron is the darkest the band has ever sounded, and features some of their best and strongest work. The production is really clean here, only adding to the cold atmosphere. For a band to rival their best work 16 years after its release is really something special.
Best song: Challenge You
Worst song: I Am Here | 1 | | Neuroticfish Les Chansons Neurotiques
Les Chansons Neurotiques took everything good about No Instruments and polished it to perfection. Sascha's best vocal work and some of my favorite synth work of any album. A defining album not only of the band, but of futurepop as a whole.
Best song: Prostitute
Worst song: Breakdown | |

10.13.20 | Good to see these guys get some attention, they're one of the best in futurepop. For me, the first 4 albums are all 4s and I think 2 is their weakest | XyphDryne
07.09.21 | Wow. To be honest, I was surprised about the quality of A Sign of Life. But it took several listens to come to this conclusion. Also, it is a bit less cheesy than the older albums. I hope they keep releasing music and donĀ“t go on hiatus again. |
