Bought and Listened to in September

Must have been on a spree this month. This list is what I recently purchased (mostly used CDs) and listened to in September, and also into October. God bless those used CD stores still around!!!
1Toadies
The Lower Side of Uptown

Purchased at CD Warehouse in Roswell, GA. Always digging on some Toadies.
2Liliac
Chain of Thorns

Bought this new, along with their Covers Vol. 2 CD, at Big Hair in the Fair. Great band and super talented family. Also appears that the lead singer of Kyng produced this...so bonus!
3Korn
The Nothing

Bought new at Target. Got raped on the price compared to Amazon, but was in a depressed mood and wanted to hear it right then.
4Pearl Jam
Live in NYC 12/31/92

Bought at some vintage electronic and record/CD store down in Atlanta. Was stoked to get this. And Eddie Vedder's New Years Eve comment on Madonna and Marky Mark is priceless.
5Dead Meadow
Shivering King and Others

Found this at 2nd and Charles in Kennesaw, GA.
6Rollins Band
Weight

Also bought this from 2nd and Charles. Hadn't listened to Rollins Band in a while. This album reminded me of what I have been missing for a while.
7Nothing More
Nothing More

This TX band is mainstream but pretty awesome. Picked this up as well at 2nd and Charles.
8Porcupine Tree
Lightbulb Sun

Have had this on my wishlist forever! Finally found it at CD Warehouse in Kennesaw, GA.
9Lacuna Coil
Delirium

Been meaning to check this out for a while. A heavier and harsher Lacuna Coil. Found this at CD Warehouse.
10Goat
Commune

Sweet find at CD Warehouse in Kennesaw. Completed my GOAT CD collection.
11The Darkness
Hot Cakes

Picked up at Wuxtry in Decatur, GA. I have a weak spot for this band.
12Rollins Band
The End of Silence

Bought at the mighty Book Nook in Decatur, GA. Was in a Rollins Band mood. This album is a 72 minute beast!
13Pelican
Pelican

Excited to find this at Sound Exchange down in the Tampa, FL area
14Pelican
City of Echoes

Along with this CD as well. Can't get enough Pelican recently.
15Skyharbor
Guiding Lights

Sound Exchange had this for $5.99...an incredible djent and progressive metal album.
16Rollins Band
Nice

Also found this at Sound Exchange for $4.99. A trifecta last month on Rollins Band. This is a funky album and quite good.
17Megadeth
Super Collider

Picked this up for $2 at the Mustang Flea Market in Pinnellas Co. I know, not the best Megadeth album...but still a good find.
18Humble Pie
Humble Pie

Picked up a compilation at the Mustang Flea Market as well, for $1. Mojo Magazine presents Heavy Mod. Bought it, honestly, to check out the Humble Pie song. But it is a good comp.
19Onelinedrawing
The Volunteers

Got bored during my Tampa beach visit and went back to Sound Exchange to dig through the bargain bin. Found this album done live by Jonah Matranga, the lead singer of Far (which I was into when younger). A whopping $1.
20Wellwater Conspiracy
Wellwater Conspiracy

Also picked up for $1 in the bargain bin at Sound Exchange. Digging this after a few listens. Nice guitar work from John McBain, formerly of Monster Magnet.
21TesseracT
Odyssey/Scala

Been looking for this for a while. Sound Exchange had this new for $12.99. A no brainer to pick this up.
