WretchedCacophony
12.12.23 | Horrendous wut
Amon Amarth is a prime candidate here, as is Overkill, Sabaton and basically any band that has been around for 30+ years lol |
Egarran

12.12.23 | All bands that are trendsetters in their respective genres lol very bad list |
ArsMoriendi
12.12.23 | Maybe Tundra means at this point in their career, not overall? No idea though |
mkmusic1995
12.12.23 | I mean some of these bands are still firing on all cylinders, some of them maybe not but describing any of these groups as "creatively bankrupt" just feels inaccurate |
Tundra
12.12.23 | "Maybe Tundra means at this point in their career, not overall?"
yes that |
AnimalForce1
12.12.23 | “I mean some of these bands are still firing on all cylinders”
My only explanation for this is that they’re making the same album sound as before, hence creatively bankrupt. But that still feels weird because creatively bankrupt is an insult, why insult good albums? You can make the same thing and still have it be good, that’s called consistency. |
dachstheangry
12.12.23 | Weird list. Needs some explanation |

12.12.23 | Horrendous are brilliant, they offer great prog DM and have relisten value |
Zakusz
12.12.23 | wut |
ThyCrossAwaits
12.12.23 | I fail to see the difference between “creatively bankrupt” and just working within the space a band has created, at least on a lot of these. I just think there’s sitting your ass on the copier and hitting a button, and there’s adhering to but exploring a niche you’ve dug yourself. Cannibal Corpse are kinda starting to reach Amon Amarth territory, but their output is so consistently fantastic that it’s much more forgivable.
Horrendous on here is ridiculous though, I need justification. |

Mort.
12.12.23 | 'damn tundra really did some AI reviews?
bro stfu forever'
yeah he went from often unable to write in full sentences to writing readable reviews suspiciously quickly |

BlazinBlitzer
12.13.23 | I actually think this list is kinda accurate sans 2 and 9. The guy who said Deafheaven though is on crack. I didn’t even like their last record, but they’re not creatively bankrupt lol |
