4 | Sankhkare
Following his father's prosperous reign, Sankhkare's reign continued to build on what his father had created. He committed the first expedition to the Land of Punt since the Old Kingdom. He built numerous monuments, the beautiful Temple of Monthu in Medamud being his most famous. |

After his father's policies instituted an era of peace and stability in Egypt, Nimaatre took advantage of the peace to build numerous building projects, which continued to present the Middle Kingdom as a cultural zenith in the entire region. |
6 | Sobekkare
Despite her relative (husband or brother, unknown) dying and leaving Egypt without a king, Sobekkare utilized her lineage to her father to ascend the throne and prevent a potential disaster. For 10 years she ruled Egypt, and she remains the final ruler of the prosperous 12th Dynasty. |
7 | Khasekhemre
A prolific builder, Khasekhemre did not let the political troubles of the age stop him from building numerous objects, seals, temples, and rock inscriptions. This left a lasting legacy in his reign for archeologists studying the 13th Dynasty. |

Egypt was encountering troubling times during the early 13th Dynasty, but Khaneferre weathered that storm, building numerous monuments and objects to his name. He still maintained control for his 10 year reign. Not an easy feat. |

The last ruler of a unified Egypt during the Middle Kingdom, with the kingdom falling apart somewhat around his death. Despite this, Egypt was still somewhat together under his rule and he ruled an extremely long time, the longest of the 13th Dynasty. |
