If you've ever heard the song, you'd know why it should deserve to be number
1. It's such a
dark and awesome song. I love the flanger on it. |

The highlight for me from disintegration, this rather long song is really
beautiful. You can't
listen to a shorter version, because that takes away from it's brilliance. |
| 3 | Boys Don't Cry
These top 3 were hard to place. Boys Don't Cry got me into the band in the
first place. This
song is really punky sounding too, and is just really great. |
| 4 | Prayers for Rain
In my opninion, this is the most underrated track off of Disintegration.
This song is really cool
and it's lyrics and music define the cure well. |

This is their most famous song. Aside from being a post punk essential,
it's rather beautiful
too. |

A song so depressing that Robert Smith couldn't name it. Untitled is the
perfect closer for
Disintegration. |

One of their earlier more punky sounding songs, this song is a really fun
track from Boys
Don't Cry. |

This is a hard song to describe, because if you describe it wrong, you could
be taking away
from it's brilliance. As the opener to Disintegration, it really sets the
mood to the album. It's
just really brilliant. |

Another gothic song from the band, Primary uses a really cool flanger effect
on it. This song
is really cool sounding and very underrated. |

Opening up with a weird synthy introduction, the guitar eventually comes in.
This is one of
their most famous songs from their darker gothic era. This song is really
cool, although the
lyrics can get a little weak. |
