I've been working on a project for a manga for some time now. When i first though of the idea it would be just another action book with alot of fighting. As time passed and with a night job i had to gave up on it, few years later i picked it up again, as i matured alot on my writting i decided to keep a short storyline but this time with all the emotional mumbo jumbo. In short im writting a story which is now more oriented to develop character emotions, and how they react to a certain situation or are unable to, with a mixture of action scenes and so on.. so if it were to have a soundtrack, these would be the songs | | 1 | | Stream of Passion
When You Hurt Me The Most
Main character theme. At first designed to be a tough girl, this time around i wanted a more inocent, happy go nature, she hates lies and lack of trust. the character is exposed to life in the big city in sort of a brutal way, and since she is brought th??by the character above, which is a close minded, untalkative moron, she will have a hard time adjusting to how people live and will sometimes mimic the way Shuyin handles things (normally the harsh way). | | 2 | | Sentenced

Shuyin's theme. This was originally the main character, i decided to writte in a way so people would see him from a different perspective. This character doesnt talk much, usually taunts his enemies with sarcastic jokes. Hes also completly selfless, and values the life of others more than he does for his own. This character locks his emotions away, and whenever someone is able to reach his heart he will usually walk away or smack talk that person. | | 3 | | Farewell to Freeway
Liquor? I Don't Even Know 'Er
Angelo's theme. This character is a close friend to Shuyin. Also is the only person Shuyin trusts, both escaped from korea. Since Shuyin gave up on everything to save him, Angelo respects him like a mentor. This character is a very pessimistic, normally trying to hide his fear from other, or drinking untill he spits out the truth. | | 4 | | Blut Aus Nord
Epitome XI
Vincent theme. This character was a son of slaves that served under a korean organization. Since his battle skills were proven worthy of battling to become the next champion, he was given a chance to show his strength. Since he never got to battle due to forfeit from the other contestant, he was crowned champion without the trust from the higher ups, and therefor, lost his own reason to live. | | 5 | | Winds of Plague
Refined In the Fire
Hyunsung theme. This character would be the main antagonist of the story. i know the song isnt even on the same level as the others but the lyrics and title fit this dude perfectly. Since he was a weak fighter only to be rebuilt by semi technology (implants used on artificial humans), in an attempt of the organization to build a perfect fighter to defeat Vincent. This character however will still have a weak mind, and his own actions will plague him during battle. | | 6 | | Mouth of the Architect
Generation of Ghosts
Theme to be played during a scene where one character gets taken to a fight he has no chance of winning, on a trainning ground located in Korea. The arena itself is meant to be dark and represent evil and greed.will plague him during battle. | | 7 | | Mouth of the Architect
Pine Boxes
This song would be played during a key 'goodbye' scene, where someones feelings are revealed. (although not by words but by expressions and actions). | | 8 | | Isis
Grinning Mouths
Theme to be played during a lost battle in which another character (suposedly the last hope to win) shows up at the last moment (and by doing so also gives up on his own life). | | 9 | | Meadows End
My Demon
Theme to be played when Shuyin takes control of a fight and/or an oponents mind. | | 10 | | i didnt had another song to place here
so ill just rant about it
The whole story takes place on a 70's like world. as it is manga however i've added a bit of fantasy tweaks to the architecture and some non existent high tech machines will also exist, one of them, the semi's, which are artificial humans created to work, and also illegaly manufactured for war. and i think thats it, without posting too much spoilers, what you guys think? | |
