Prolly my fav effect besides distortion. All this talk is giving me blue balls.

foxblood 12.06.11	@treb yeah, basically i just hold the tremelo bar the whole time i play on this record, so everything has a slight bend to it.
Vesper 12.06.11	Explain this fascination with foxes and coyotes to me, lol. Anyway, upon first listen, pretty freaking solid, fox. The bm/shoegaze thing doesn't really appeal to me anymore (mostly because a lot of the acts in it are pretty average, if not awful), but I really enjoyed this and how you're playing around with reverb. Production is ace, too.

foxblood 12.06.11	@ vesper thanks so much. i know you're not that into this stuff, so it's awesome you like this. the production took me fucking forever, since this album was made on a budget of $0 in my room. as with the canines thing, it's a long story @ thevoice actually i like to have two guitar tracks that are both slightly out of tune from each other, then the tremelo gives a really great warped effect with some reverb (that's what i did on untitled)

Vesper 12.07.11	Well, okay, if you don't want to tell me... haha. Anyway, yeah, the production is really impressive for having done it all on your own with no money. It sounds expensive, haha. And, theoretically, black metal and shoegaze should have been an awesome combination, but most efforts have seemed uninspired to me, so it's cool to hear something of this caliber, especially from a fellow Sputniker on a budget. :]
foxblood 12.07.11	basically "nameless coyote" was inspired by me coming across a wounded coyote in Oregon that someone had shot, up there they're considered pests and people just shoot them if they come on their property. it was pretty fucked up and just died alone laying outside of my dad's cabin. that's what the last track is about and thanks, if you saw my set up you'd probably lol. it's certainly not expensive. yeah, i think the combination of the genres has a ton of potential, but most bands who do it can't seem to find a good balance, which was one of my goals. anyways, i'm psyched you enjoyed it yeeaahhhhh

Vesper 12.07.11	That's awful. Ugh, I hate it when people think of it as animals trespassing on their property, when it's really the people who are living on what was once the animals' territory... It's helpful to know that's the source of your artist name and that track, though. Oh, don't worry, I've seen my boyfriend's one-man bm project set-up - I'm sure it's similar, haha. Anyway, you seem like you're on a good track making this sound work, so keep it up. I'm sure you'll find plenty of support from us, at least. :]
