07.23.11 | I don't know, I've trundled through the whole of emo, indie, folk, post-rock, electronica and most of ambient but feeling the rush gets harder and harder even though I know the music is great. Anyway, have had a breakthrough. Was introducing some poor girl to The Antlers and I got it then as she described it. Maybe my fate is to "spread the word". From now on my name is not Stranger, it's Jesus. And I realise I'm drunk as I post this, sorry. ): |

07.23.11 | Well that last post was enough to creep me out, but yeah I lose the feeling with alot of stuff too. Listen to Somewhere at the Bottom of the River Between Vega and Altair by La Dispute. That album always seems to give me that feeling we are all familiar with, even though it's not really congruous with the rest of the stuff here. |
