01.10.11 | Go to the last.fm scrobbler Icon, go to help, scroll down and click on diagnostics, you'll get a new little window and try the reconnect button, it might help. Also check if the scrobbler is on in general and make sure it didn't unconnected itself. If it unconnected itself you have to reinstall it for sure. |

01.11.11 | The reason it's doing that is because it lost the path to the files. My iPod hasn't be scrobbling at all lately either. Here's how to fix it if it's giving you that error:
Go to iTunes, File, Library, Organize Library, and then tick Consolidate Files.
What that does, is COPIES all of your library music files and places them in the iTunes music folder. Your iPod should scrobble after that. Or you can try restoring your iPod to its original settings. It may scrobble after that too. |

01.12.11 | The problem is probably that iTunes or the last.fm scrobbler aren't totally up to date. Make sure that both programs are the newest version. After that, open the last.fm program and go to the devices section (where it lists what iPods it syncs with) and clear all associations. Then plug your iPod back in and after a few minutes last.fm will re-add your iPod. |
