Very close to Iaw. Amazing storyline, fantastic music and connected with grace and elegance. Truly a masterpiece. | | 3 |  | Dream Theater
Octavarium
I dont give a flying f*** for what you say, this album is fantastic. It showcases that Dt can make music on all levels. From 4 minute "radio songs", to 24 minute masterpieces. But you kinda need to have the album and understand it. | | 4 |  | Dream Theater
Awake
Very heavy and i love it. But 1 or 2 songs doesnt really hook me like the rest of the album. Othervise, amazing. Space dye vest is flawless. | | 5 |  | Dream Theater
Six degrees of inner turbulence
Very good album, but i feel the first cd drags a bit in the end. The title track is 40 minutes of awesomeness. But some of it doesnt really stick after the listen. | | 6 |  | Dream Theater
Train of thought

Black clouds and silver linings

Systematic Chaos
Many of these songs have massive potential. But they drag and drag...Ministry of lost souls are 5 minutes too long, altought In the presence of enemies are very nice. But the lyrics, agian arent that amazing. | | 9 |  | Dream Theater
When dream and day unite
Production wise, bad. Vocal wise, not good. Those are the two major problems. The songs are good, but they miss a spark. And the cover is F****** horrible. | | 10 |  | Dream Theater
Falling into infinity
Labrie, on this album, sounds worse than ever. He ruptured a vocal cord, i know, i dont blame him. Petrucci has nothing to come up with other than lines in the sand solo. Wich, by the way, has the worst chorus Dt has to offer. No one realy is having a great performance, maybe except Myung. Apart from hells kitchen and trial of tears, its very boring. | |
