My Top 10 Alice In Chains Songs

Title says it all. Ranking one of my favorite bands of all time. Will do one after Black Gives Way to Blue is released and I have listened to it enough. So yeah...
1Alice in Chains
Would?

The absolute #1. Few songs get close. Emotional, powerful, and absolutely kickass. One of Jerry's best solos. Layne vocals here are greatness. Their best song.
2Sea of Sorrow

This was my #1 for a long time, and even if it's gone down a place, that doesn't mean this song isn't insanely good. The intro is one of my favorite Alice in Chains moments, as is the transition between the first and the second verse, how it picks up speed. Great song this is.
3Heaven Beside You

I love the lyrics in this song. And the rest too. It seems like it's gonna go into a heavy explosion after the chorus, yet it doesn't. And I love that.
4Them Bones

One of their heavier tracks. Great stuff this is. The solo sums up all that Alice in Chains is about. Great aggressive song.
5Got Me Wrong

By far the best song of Sap. Fast, upbeat, with many short solos, and some great vocals. Lyrically it's quite nice too.
6Get Born Again

What a fitting song for their second-to-last song. Dark, depressing, powerful. Damn close to making it to the top 5, yet Layne's weak vocals keep it here.
7A Little Bitter

I've always found this to be one of their best songs. Lyrically it's Layne at his best, in my opinion. "The body is a temple" part just makes this even better.
8Nutshell

One of the most depressing yet beautiful songs ever. Simple, yet powerful. Excellent song this is.
9Rain When I Die

I THINK IT'S GONNA RAAAAIN. WHEN I DIIIIIIIIE. Yet another excellent song. The fade-out/fade-in part close to the end is one of my favorite moments in this song, as is the chorus.
10Bleed The Freak

From the epic acoustic intro to the moment it gets heavier and to the end, this song kicks major ass. The intro has to be my favorite part, though.
