05.04.26 | I liked Ghost in the Shell 1 years ago, but it didn't obsess me for some reason.
I like 15, 21 and 24. 16 is nice when I was 9 years old.
I haven't seen Appleseed CGI movies. But Briareos looks pretty dope, design-wise. I keep those in mind. |

05.04.26 | Akiras my all time fav movie. Check memories(particularly the first section rose magnetic, kon and otomo), most of the stuff I would rec are tech ovas or series. End of evangelion tho is essential. If you want some schlocky 80s goodness check out lily cat it's probably on tubi. The lensmen movie is also essential scifi anime blockbuster stocked pre dbz. if your a cameron guy the early 90s battle angel ova is a lot of fun.
Definitely recommend digging into rintaros back catalog, extremely underappreciated anime director |
