Titan 01.11.26	I love going to the gym and have been going for 30 years. Just remember, we are creatures of habit. You’re either in the habit of going to the gym or you’re in the habit of not going to the gym. I’ve settled into both phases throughout different periods of my life. You must make it a lifestyle.
AlkemestRedux 01.11.26	Hell yeah get those gains! We've been going several times a week for the past three years and it's a game changer for feeling better overall. It's also a good opportunity to jam some tunes.
Shuyin 01.11.26	I've kinda gotten accustomed to it, been going 3-4 times each week for almost a year and I feel kinda down when I don't get the chance to go, as if my own body misses the lifts Sadly, I'm also a loner, been training all by myself all this time, kinda sucks but it is what it is

I feel you, it was absolutely packed today and I was really lucky to get the wires for my back workout. Leg day this week was also hell, felt like I was fighting for the machines lmao They should start quitting in the next few weeks. One of the trainers of my local gym told me they have an absurd number of members that never show up while still paying the subscription.

AlkemestRedux 01.11.26	Oh yeah the newbies flood and then drop off. It's good seeing more people at the gym but also gotta really adjust my workouts lol Basically for arm and back days I just camp on a free weight bench for like 80% of it when it's crowded. Good luck getting a bench press spot.

keaton_86 01.11.26	Going to the gym has been one thing keeping me consistently sane throughout the last two decades of my life. When everything goes to shit around you, you can still have control over your body and make yourself feel good.

It's called being tired as shit, bro." Sure, but not in an exhausted, just ended my 8 hour shift way, I'd say its a good stress relief feeling. Then go home and leave your demons outside, I can sleep a lot better nowadays
