10.05.25 | I live in buffalo and saw Robby Takac at work recently, he was shopping for records. Inspired me to go on a Goo Goo Dolls bender cuz they’re one of my top 10 bands of all time. 10.06.25 | Hey that band name sucks but it is better than the sex maggots. Yuck, imagine if somehow they wrote 'Iris' with that name. Anyhow they are mostly irrelevant now as musicians after GutterFlower but they do some stuff for their local community.
I wan't over exposed to Dizzy up the Girl so I still like 'Iris' and "Superstar Car Wash" was some really good pop-alt songs. | PunkerBlast
10.06.25 | Also....I live in the area so this is what our city presented to the world the best for music and art! :P I was too young to get into them until maybe 1993 but I thought GutterFlower wasn't bad "Here is Now" is catchy and the better days of their songs was behind them. There a two for one! They were never going to even recreate the Dizzy days unless ya a sucker I guess :/ |
