Windir was no.1 for 99 for me too. These are what i was listening to in 1998 especially 1-5. All 10 have a dark space vibe which was the trend in the day
I had been a fairly big fan of Fear Factory for a while in the early '90's, and Death for almost decade starting in '88. Each band lost my interest as their material became boring.
