Wasn’t a die-hard fan of the LP back in the nu metal years. That said, who didn’t have HT and Meteora. And when they diverged from their nu/rap metal roots, they quickly lost me. However, time has been kind to the LP discography and legacy. The rekindling (with Emily, sans Chester [RIP]) has breathed some new life into the band. Here is my ranking of their albums, along with some nuggets thrown in; not including their upcoming album.
What could be worse than the album itself? Taking older tracks, castrating and removing any edge they had, and playing them through a “One More light” lens.
