!!!Patton-Core!!!

Obviously albums 1-5 are prime examples of (Mike) Patton-Core. Albums from 6 to 13 have continued in Patton's footsteps. 14 to 20 are debatable - but certainly FNM and Mr. Bungle opened the doors for avant-garde, experimental vocals and/or music in these albums. Let me know if there are any I'm missing.
1Faith No More
Angel Dust

IMO - the best album that Patton was ever involved in. Still a standout, experimental album today.
2Mr. Bungle
Mr. Bungle

IMO - Mr. Bungle at their best and most avant-garde. Like being at a circus.
3Tomahawk
Mit Gas

Not quite the virtuosity of above - but this (and their self-titled album) is still a great show from Patton et al.
4Peeping Tom
Peeping Tom

Another great Patton album
5Lovage
Music To Make Love To Your Old Lady By

Another great Patton album
6Incubus (USA-CA)
Enjoy Incubus

Before they sold out with "Make Yourself", Incubus expressed a hella lot of Mr. Bungle (and perhaps RHCP) worship in this jazz-fusion album.
7Hoobastank
They Sure Don't Make Basketball Shorts Like They Used To

...and similarly so did Hoobastank.
8Twelve Foot Ninja
New Dawn

Fusion of many styles - in a Mr. Bungle type of way
9Dog Fashion Disco
Adultery

Also pulling out their inner Mr. Bungle.
10Polkadot Cadaver
Get Possessed

Similar members and sound to Dog Fashion Disco
11Shaolin Death Squad
Five Deadly Venoms

Avant-Garde in a Mr. Bungle type of way
12Mushroomhead
Superbuick

The keyboards and vocals are quite FNM inspired
13Psychostick
We Couldn't Think of a Title

Just listen to "Beer"
14System of a Down
Steal This Album!

Of all the SOAD albums, this one strikes me as one of the quirkiest. Would this have been as mainstream acceptable without Patton?
15Fair to Midland
Fables From a Mayfly: What I Tell You Three Times is True

Perhaps a bit more SOAD than Patton influenced. But SAA.
16Ninjaspy
Pi Nature

An adept mixing of styles, not too dissimilar from Twelve Foot Ninja.
17Exotic Animal Petting Zoo
I Have Made My Bed in Darkness

Although Mathcore, definitely some Patton elements
18Pain of Salvation
Remedy Lane Re:lived

Just in the vocals - on a few select songs
19Dir En Grey
Uroboros

Perhaps...
20Alien Weaponry
Tangaroa

Perhaps...
21The Dillinger Escape Plan
Irony Is a Dead Scene
