Top 10 Periphery Songs
1Periphery
Juggernaut: Omega

Stranger Things
- Still the king of the hill, this is the perfect climactic moment to Periphery's magnum opus, Juggernaut. Ending Omega and into this it really feels like the cherry on top because although pretentious, this reaches a zenith that no other track the band made has quite hit, maybe they can someday.
2Periphery
Periphery V: Djent Is Not a Genre

Thanks Nobuo
- Took me a couple of listens but yeah, this ones the real deal. Four Seconds Ago like synths throughout, the vibes of this track are immaculate. So glad they did not create yet another Lune clone for the final song, and it really paid off. Some of these guitar riffs remind me a bit of Stephen Taranto. The vocal hooks as well as the lyrics hit extremely hard, and the crescendo moment is monumental.
3Periphery
Juggernaut: Omega

Omega
- The most Between the Buried and Me-like song they've made imo. This song gets insanely brutal going into death metal territory in some sections. Some of the best grooves the band has ever laid down, some of the best melodic lead choices, and possibly their best outro climax, but not quite.
4Periphery
Periphery IV: Hail Stan

Reptile
- My only big takeaway from PIV besides Satellites. Similarly to Racecar, not sure what has not been said about this at this point. Spencer fights some aliens and gets high, Peripherisms take place. But no, it's impressive how such a long song can be so catchy, so groovy, while also being so incredibly emotive.
5Periphery
Juggernaut: Alpha

Psychosphere
- Dark and ominous, similar to the previously mentioned The Event. This as well as The Scourge both build on that ominous vibe and the product is such a visceral, emotive, brutal, violent, gratifying experience.
6Periphery
Periphery

Racecar
- What has there not been said about this song at this point? P1 influenced a whole generation of metalcore bands to incorporate djent riffing their music, Racecar plays a big part for sure.
7Periphery
Periphery V: Djent Is Not a Genre

Dying Star
- Dethroning Remain Indoors for my favorite optimistic Periphery track. The catchiest chorus on PV. Shrezzers vibes in the second verse which might have something to do with my likeness for sure. Been really digging the new Shrezzers record.
8Periphery
Periphery III: Select Difficulty

Habitual Line-Stepper
- The best heavy banger on P3. Lovely tasty djent riffing all throughout this one with some of their most fun riffs to groove to. Love the choir and Spencer call and response in the chorus. The track then evolves into a crescendo moment that rivals the likes of Satellites for sure.
9Periphery
Periphery II: This Time It's Personal

Erised
- P2 is pretty meh now I think about it but will give the nod to Erised. Gorgeous song, a highlight on the album for sure. Gorgeous ambient guitar melodies glisten as Spencer lays down some of the best vocal performances he's ever recorded.
10Periphery
Juggernaut: Alpha

The Event
- One of the best interludes a metal band has made. This track is spellbinding, at an extremely short runtime of under 2 minutes, it does a lot in that short time. The beginning is massive the payoff is huge. I know Wildfire took this riff and made it the chorus, but it doesn't compare to the dark, ominous feel of this track.

Honorable mentions: Dracul Gras, All New Materials, Lune, Absolomb, Mile Zero, Masamune, Remain Indoors, 22 Faces, Graveless, The Bad Things
