09.21.22 | Limewire | Drifter
09.21.22 | yooo i did this all through high school until they stopped carrying them. got a lot of great stuff from it | loulou
09.21.22 | I have done that countless of times. First on tape and then on computer. | combustion07
09.21.22 | Also did this back in the day but a good majority of the ones I got was classic rock. The library near me didn't exactly have a wide selection when it came to music. The one in my town actually didn't have music at all so I'd go to the next town over.
Off the top of my head these are some of the ones that I remember
Led Zeppelin - I, II, III, IV
Deep Purple- Burn
AC/DC- Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
Metallica- ...And Justice For All
Alice In Chains- Dirt
Green Day- Dookie
Alice Cooper- Welcome to My Nightmare
Guns N Roses- Use Your Illusion I
Skid Row- Slave to the Grind
Black Sabbath- Master of Reality
Ozzy Osborne- Greatest Hits (the one with the cross on the cover)
Rob Zombie- Past, Present, Future (another greatest hits. Jammed the shit out of this back then)
Scorpions- Blackout
Nirvana- MTV Unplugged | PotsyTater
09.21.22 | I like how you refer to ripping cds as 2000’s pirating as tho this era was distinct from / predated the origins of digital pirating
Napster came out in 99 and limewire came out in 2000. 2000’s pirating is literally digital pirating lmao. |
