JDubb 02.16.22	Good question regarding Converge. I found them to be too much screamo early on and didn’t buy in. Cave In I approached from Jupiter and Antenna in - but still not a huge fan of pre -Jupiter releases. That’s why I picked Perfect Pitch Black, as it melds the two styles.
JDubb 02.16.22	Second thinking putting Cave In in this list. They are much more than just melodic Metalcore - incorporating that and progressive, post hardcore, etc. Converge didn’t make my list - not a fan.

FadedSun 02.16.22	Converge were never screamo. They came from hardcore, and formed into metalcore. Their early background is hardcore punk, and metal.
