She's become my favorite Star Wars character after watching clone wars start to finish. The Rosaria Dawson casting is just too perfect too.

Storm In A Teacup 01.23.22	The things that upset me about the show seem dissimilar to what others say. I enjoy the current portrayal of Boba Fett. It is actually very accurate including the weird smile he has. Exactly the same smile after Jango and Boba beat Obi Wan Kenobi a second time in their confrontation in space. The Tuskens dying like that bothers me more than anything.

Storm In A Teacup 01.23.22	It's actually always been a big part of Star Wars just never given focus and Tatooine is not famous for that scenario however lore wise it still makes a ton of sense. I blame Ep 3 on the horrible directing of Robert Rodriguez. I am horrified that there is still one more episode to xome that he directed again.

This isn't quite as good, maybe because the buddy dynamic of Mandalorian is missing. This is more 'the strong and silent type' Western pastiche, and also he's more an anti hero.

Tundra 01.25.22	I just remembered something, they killed off the IG11 droid way too early in Mandalorian... Episode 4 was pretty good but I feel like the plot is moving at a snail's pace. I think the cinematography on this has been consistently excellent though, looks just like the movies. We kind of becoming numb to it now after two seasons of Mando and whatnot, but cinematography this great on a TV show should be something one should relish in more often.

DoofDoof 02.03.22	First bit of a duffer episode for me, dead eyed Luke scenes were just dull...in fact no exciting scene in the whole ep. It was ok but clearly a 'get from A to Z' functional episode. SPOILER: - Everyone dies one shot from laser fire so Raylan G should be dead.

This all could have been condensed and trimmed into Mandolorian season 3, especially since the second last episode literally was just an episode of Mandolorian and it was virtually the only interesting content so far.

TheSpirit 02.10.22	i think they advertised this show all wrong. it's "the book of boba fett" but it belongs in the collection of the mandalorian. i'm not sure what they were thinking production-wise, but i think it's easier to accept this series if you think of it as mando 2.5. the tusken raider stuff ruled boba smiled and took his helmet off too much. thankfully they killed cad bane. cool as he was, the last thing we need is another spin-off for a character is better served in small doses.
Emim 02.10.22	I want the book of Cad Bane, except it will feature Bane 75% of the time and for two episodes he won't even appear. I think it's good to establish sympathy for the character, so instead of focusing on a rugged gunslinger angle, it's going to be about him finding Christmas presents for his grandchildren.

Lord(e)Po)))ts 02.11.22	On paper the tusken stuff was fine but execution was terrible. We didn’t need five episodes of CW ass flashbacks. There wasn’t enough interesting material to warrant an entire season of either that OR Boba’s quest to rule slugtown. I think all the flashback stuff could have been neatly condensed into one episode, so could have all the set up for the “war”, and then it all could have just neatly fit into mando season 3. Alternatively, it would have been much more interesting to see flashbacks about Fett’s history with Cad Bane, and that would have done wonders for character development purposes on both of their behalves and would have also granted Cad Bane’s inclusion and death in the finale a lot more purpose and depth. It would also make it feel like less of a waste of a great character. The thing about Star Wars is that it’s always more interesting when it’s big and expansive. Mado was boring when the lens was narrow, and got interesting when they expanded everything and brought in more characters and lore. It was a dumb idea to take that success and fragment it again, narrowing in on a very unnecessary feeling boba fett story. The show only got fun once it opened up to an expanded universe again.

Rowan5215 02.12.22	yeah last 3 episodes of this were p good. could have done without the training scenes, CGI Mark Hamill interacting with a puppet was pretty painful over an extended period of time, and the fuckin Power Rangers on their colour-coded podracers were wack. otherwise good stuff. Boba capping Cad Bane was super satisfying and a great end to his arc
Tundra 02.12.22	I agree with you about the world-building, new planets etc. All of the original trilogy planets are pretty bland if you haden't noticed. Maybe Cloud City is pretty cool...? Hoth...? Hoth is just a fucking snow planet, woopdie-doo lol. Prequel planets are far better, which is one of the many reasons why I prefer prequel era. All they have to do is remake the prequel films, yep, I'm going there. I'm tired of people ragging on the dialogue and wooden acting in the prequels, because that is one of its only faults. The world building, characters, and everything are all excellent in the prequels.

AlexKzillion 06.29.22	Finally got around to this Overall I liked it a lot more than I was expecting based on the reception. First five episodes in particular is the kind of stuff I've been craving from disney. I really enjoyed the smaller story and Tatooine world building even if flipping between two different timelines was kinda annoying. Was not a fan at all of the Luke/Grogu stuff. Deep fake Luke is painful to watch over extended periods and the voice automation or whatever they used was as flat as a fucking 2x4. Loved seeing Cad Bane again too but why on earth did they kill him off after two episodes lmao. King kong rancor was stupid too. And yeah I kinda agree with the above point too^^^... boba is sold as a stone cold killer in the OT, Vader's right hand man even. Was really hoping for/expecting more of an anti-hero kinda character but nope full on white meat babyface just the same as mando which is kind of a waste
Emim 06.29.22	I feel like Mando is more of a stone cold killer than Boba is now. Agreed on the deep fake. Wish they'd just cast someone as young Luke and be done with it. Like yeah, I chuckled when 40 y/o teen Anakin popped up in Kenobi, but I got over it in a few seconds. Deep fake Luke broke my immersion continually.

Anyway show is the definition of mediocre and each episode made me fall deeper into sleep, until it becomes The Mandalorian season 2.5 and gave me something to care about. Also did falling into the Sarlacc pit make Boba twice his size, terrible at fighting, and want to take his helmet off all the time?!
