03.05.21 | For real though, do whatever you are feeling. Caffeine might not be great for ya, but people pound energy drinks and coffee all day. I just take whey after workouts, but have plenty of friends much larger than me that are using prework often. Better then creatine or roids lol |

I've been taking creatine for a couple weeks as well. Is it supposedly bad for you?
I did some research before deciding on that jump and found most people were fine. Some people experience kidney pain but that's only because creatine draws water from your cells so if you drink heavy amounts of water you should be good. I don't do much since I just started, the standard dose is like, 5 grams a day from what I know but I'm only doing around 2.
Tbh I'm unsure of whether or not to keep with it cause the effects are relatively small for it being a 12 dollar bottle. |

I do consume creatine after workouts though, but tbh after my supply is done I might stop because in all seriousness I dunno wtf it even does |

03.05.21 | @Dedes dont listen to me, just googled creatine and it seems fine. I just remember kids in highschool getting ripped on for doing it and people saying it just makes you 'look' strong with packing water in your muscles. That could be completely fake though.

03.06.21 | I get pretty good rest but tbh you are definitely right. Caffeine is good in small amount but a 250G can is a shitstorm for the heart. Maybe I'll just switch to like, a cup of black coffee beforehand. |
