There's also so many other factors just as important as size, like proportion and breast/areola/nipple ratio. I also think that once you get past C's it's really diminishing returns, and even B's are usually just fine. I'll often C's over DD's depending on other factors. Someone like Lana Rhoades was "so-perfect-she-looks-like-she-was-designed-in-a-lab" hot when she started, and just completely ruined herself with surgery.
