porcupinetheater 11.21.20	Lot of the classic "hard" rock bands are super oversold. Not really hate, but I could go the rest of my life without Zeppelin, Van Halen, Queen and be totally fine. Can't get into Oranssi Pazuzu either, even if they're like a perfect band for me on paper

rockarollacola 11.22.20	The Beatles are unbelievably important to music, but most of their music has always been just okay to me. Their psychedelic shit on the other hand I genuinely have a distaste for. 'Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds' actually hurts my ears.

MxL0 12.07.20	Yeah, Queen is kinda...eh. I find Metallica a bit overrated, but I can understand why people like them so I give them a pass. That style of metal just really isn't my thing. For the life of me I can't get why Deftones is as highly rated as they are. I mean god, White Pony is almost as highly rated as Abbey Road. I don't hate White Pony, but really?

Emim 12.07.20	I like everything here save for CC, but I completely understand not liking them. The Beatles especially are so overblown. My mild take is that Nirvana and Queen are only as popular now because their front men died at the top of their game (or shortly after).
