Ladies and gentlemen, here is my next list. It's about summer depression which I often get when it gets too hot outside which makes it hard for me to do anything and it can make my thoughts go very negative. Luckily there are many things that can help me against that. I wish it was 12 months like autumn and winter, I love when it's cold outside and raining or high fog.
