| Is This The Worst? Wikipedia's Worst Albums Ranked
THIS ARE THE WORST ALBUMS OF ALL TIME! Well according to major publications, now are these albums as bad as mainstream outlets say? Well to find that out, over the few days I sat through the full list of albums to determine, is this really one of the worst albums ever made? This will also be a ranking of the albums from the BEST album to the WORST album. Without further ado, here is the list | | 15 |  | Guns N' Roses

Of course, pretty much anything in music will have a very high chance be a disappointment after a wait of 10 years (very worried about the X Japan album....if it ever comes out, but anyway) I actually ended up enjoying this album, While it is more or less a glorified Axl Rose solo album that did leave me wondering what could've been had....the lineup stayed together...or heck even A LINEUP stayed consistent throughout the album really could have been something special (imagine how this would have been with Buckethead for the whole album!) but what we got at the end of the day was a fun affair

Metal Machine Music
Greatest Drone Metal Album Of All Time. Joking aside, I can understand why this would be hated at the time, but with you know...drone music being a thing now I do not think this is bad at all in retrospect, it was like the forefather of that which is cool. It is rather basic in that department, and of course, Lou Reed called me an idiot for sitting through the whole thing, so thanks

-this is taking “Ice Ice Baby” and stretching it for 12 songs, wait no, this is covering 12 songs IN this style of “ICE ICE BABY”. This totally sounds like this was alternatively called “TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES II: SECRET OF THE OOZE OFFICIAL SOUNDTRACK”

Okay here is the deal here, I do not think this album is AS BAD as people say (it is still really bad) but it has that Naive charm that makes it somewhat enjoyable and a solid guilty pleasure though, what I cannot stand now is some pretentious “critics" (*cough* Pitchfork) giving it high praise as some Avant-garde masterpiece under some stupid bs like “it is the essence of discovering art”, that is like saying if I take a baby, put him in the kitchen with a bunch a pots and pans on the floor and record whatever audio happens and call it Avant-Garde or say its “about discovering music” than I should get positive acclaim too. It is like they are making things up as they go along to validate themselves that their guilty pleasure is legitimately good.

I really did like the way it started, but this phoned in album really does go on a downward spiral and get a bit boring to get through by the second half (well it's very boring, though a cakewalk in comparison to what will be further on the list)

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
It takes roughly 5 years for a film to be made, this means less than 5 years after the original album came out, this cash grab of an album was planned. What makes it worse is Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE involved in this thought it was a bad idea, as a result, we do not get phoning it in, we get what sounds like everyone trying to get it over with hoping their career is not destroyed by this album. It is not like “Oh they did Beatles in disco and I hate disco” its more like.. “Oh god what have I done signing onto this movie, we are so screwed” And as such, I feel more bad for the bands involved than being mad at them

-if you did not think the “Talent competition reality tv” was not bs with their autotuning of the actual performances (and them forcing contestants to sign their rights away to even participate) wait until you hear this dreck, It is pitch-shifted into all oblivion with some overly whiny vocals that have no appeal to anyone but 8-year-olds. What makes it worse is these executives trying to pass this “kidz bop solo album” as actual top tier singing among millions and millions of people.

Elvis' Greatest Shit
As some may know, I have been doing an Elvis discography run, and while it is a really long one, I have enjoyed it. What is interesting though, is there is someone who hates Elvis to the point of making a bootleg of his worst songs and tracks (with a rather...distasteful album cover). So in essence, it is an album that is MEANT to suck, its goal is to be hated, and man does it succeed, we get mostly tracks from his Soundtrack albums (Which are mediocre at best) and as such we get such abominations as the off-tempo “Ito Eats”, the stupid “He’S YoUr UnClE nOt YoUr DaD”, or the outright annoying “CONFIDENCE” (Which is spelled with a C and an O and an F and an I and a D and a E and an NCE”), as well as cuts from another album you will see later on this list and outtakes of recording sessions.

Oh yes, we love the memes (would love to see a mashup of “I AM THE TABLE” with System Of a Table) but what makes this so bad is it is SO.DAMN. BORING. The instrumentation is so toned down and repetitive that it becomes tedious, to even finish a full song, let alone the whole album in one sitting (but...because I hate myself...I did)

Playing with Fire
Everyone Let us Laugh at Britney's Ex-husband who thinks he is Badass like shady 1..2...3... HAHAHAHAHA! But seriously this dude cannot rap and has a -5/5 in lyric writing (he just rhymes the same word over and over again), not to mention this pinnacle of human achievement of song-writing
"She calls me daddy, but she's not my daughter,
And I'm not her father, I'm just the mack"
was he over-explaining because he thought some people would take it as what Britney shouts during shrex means they are committing incest? The only reason I can think of for that line. Also, this was an album so bad, Weird AL on “AL TV” really tore into his music (and on the interviews he really does not go after music, it's more like silly things) weird al seemed to get personal and I guess the main thing i learned from this album is DO. My Teenage Dream Ended
You want an album where the autotune is horrid and the singing is worse with a vocal delivery that has no melody whatsoever? You got it along with some MTV stock synths as well. This is not a funny kind of bad or a boring kind of bad, this is a painful kind of bad. yes, painful. This album Hurt to sit through, why in the hell did we not only let something as stupid as “16 and pregnant” become a thing, let alone give a girl with negative talent an album. A small reminder that THIS is what the guardian thinks is good music (i wish I was joking when I say it made their best of 2012 list)

Having Fun with Elvis on Stage
Just onstage banter without context that will leave people lost for most of what is going on and a lot of “WELL”, You may be thinking “well there's no music, it's just talking, why is it the worst?” what plays into this being the worst album of the list is context. See, Elvis never wanted this to be made, in fact it was not released by him, but his manager wanted to make money directly from it. This is the same manager, mind you, who had Elvis star in films that got lower in quality as time went on. They did not treat him like a person, but an object, a money printer. If they did care, Elvis very likely does not die on the toilet in 1977,and perhaps finally beats his addiction. That is what angers me about this album, It's a symbol of a darker side of the music industry, one that has its ugly head out to this day This is not any form of artist expression, it is a form of victim exploitation.

5 songs on it are funny and memorable, but the rest just sounds like the same song on repeat. It doesn't help that 4/5 of the good tracks are in the first half, leaving the second half to feel like drudgery
